[Resolved]  Mpokket — money deduction from my bank account

Hi I take a loan of rp 2000 from mpokket and i have to repay 2175 on 10 august 2019. On 10 aug 2019 i did the transacation of 2175 from my debit card and money has been deducted from my bank account and i got a mail from the mpokket and in that mail i recive that my attempt has been failed from the side of mpokket. After that i send a no of mail to mpokket but they didn't give me any information about the same. I too much trt to communicate with them because i loss my sim (it's also informed by me to the mpokket). After 10-14 days i got a cal from the mpokket side tbey said ok sir it's not your fault. You have to send a mail for the remove late fee after that i have to pay actual money (2175) but when i send a mail i got reply that i have to pay total amount (including late fee). And they saying if i not pay they take a legal action. Towards me. I'm requesting you please resolve it asap i m too much fustrate..
