I have taken 14000 loans on Mpokket, but I lost my registered number and now I recovered that number but,

Now total outstanding amount showing 32000, how can I pay that much amount,
so, I'm requesting you to remove overdue charges and ill clear my payment immediately.

please help me, I have already sent a mail to [protected]@mpokket.om, but no response getting from their end.

they are not providing settlment payment, instead they are saying to pay 26000/-, but i cant pay that much amount.

i took only 14000/-

if they provide settlement amount then i can pay and close ... or else i dont pay extra 12000? & if person unable to pay 14k then how can we pay 26k.

please look into this and resolve.

My complaint still not resolved,
they were not ready to give settlement payment. and I can't pay huge penalty charges.
