Hii mpokket I recently made a payment of 2036rs on 15th July 2023, after that my profile will be locked, I contacted customer care, they said that your profile is not locked from here, your app is the issue.Please solve this app issue, I am troubled since 2 weeks.

I have taken loan of rs 8k, due to some medical emergency i couldn't able to pay from 5months with overdue charges ithe amount become 16k.I want to pay the principal amount.please remove the overdue charges and settle my account....

I downloaded mpokket for the first time. And how while adding a bank account to get my loan amount, the app shows this account already exist. Due to this i am not able to add my bank account in mpokket and take the loan received to me....

If they call we have to attend if that missies we have to wait for next call until then we have to wait, all the nbfc loan apps follows and updates their activity through WhatsApp but only mpocket will not they will call one time and they will increase the penalty and for some months they will leave it and after few months they will again call to parents they will double the amount. I need waiver and monthly part time if anyone from mpocket...

This is regarding loan closure i took loan of rs 8000 but now it is showing 18000 rs I am a student and facing financial crisis i cannot pay such a huge amount also custoemr support told me that the over due amount will be removed but issue not resolved yet and it is impacting my cibilscore very bad.

Hii team I'm using mppoket from last years. I took a loan before and due to some financial condition I were unable to pay on time due to which my credit limit got zero . I request you to please increase and unblock my credit limit so that I can take a fresh loan from your application

I took loan of 6000 rs in march and April from mpocket i have to pay 6498 rupees with interest but when i checked my cibil score it's showing 7, 426 outstanding amount ruining my cibil score such a scam i have all the proofs mpocket app is showing 6, 498 outstanding amount it's a total fraud...

Taken the loan in covid but paid a but late due to family member expired.But paid all the panelty amount 1 year passed after paying the loan amount but still the available credit limit is not increasing.

I am complaining about m Pocket app which is a scam and fraud app as I repaid my loan but still they show that the loan is not paid and the customer service is so poor that they abuse and harass the customers with their private details and also sell your personal data to blackmailers to harass you for money. It's a fake app never just take loan from them they will destroy uh
also I AM NOW LODGING A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY...

Hi mPokket,

I will log a c consumer complaint against your company as I already made the payment and received NOC on same from you and I still see the loan account active and not cleared in Cibil report. Due to this I am unable to get the loan from banks. I have been trying to reach out through mobile not reachable even not getting a reply from the mail also.

Ignoring this thread will lead to Police Complaint...

I took a loan from mpocket and repaid it on 31/3/23 but the loan repayment failed and the amount was debited from my account. So i opened their app and the loan was still showing active in the app. I submitted a complain on phone pe as i used it for the repayment and contacted my bank any they told me the payment was done to the merchant. I tried calling mpocket customer care but no one responded. Please have a look into it...

I am unable to borrow money anymore from mpokket. My credit limit got exhausted to zero. I have borrowed from mpokket multiple times in the past. I had also cleared all my dues with intrest but still I am unable to borrow. Please help me with the same.
Moreover, my device has changed. I am also unable to change my primary device....
