Address: online app from store (MPOKKET)

It is mPokket Financial Services application present in google play store inside this i don't have account and still it shows me loan when i go through to check my credit score. in that it shows me loan pending from this app from long ago while i have not account on this app till now.it will continuously effect my credit availability in future so please let me know the solutions for this as soon as possible to get rid of this in future. i m providing screenshot also here and please reach to me if any more information needed .([protected])

I took five loans from mpokket and 3 loans were disbursed but 2 loans of 500 and 2000 was not disbursed in my account, I mailed the mpokket support mail but didn't get any reply, i repayed the amount of 3 loans which were disbursed but they still calling for the payment of 2 loans which were not disbursed and now it's kinda mental torcher for me...pls resolve my issue

Mpocket person is trying to call my mother and father and harrasment on the call and behaviour is very ride with my parents and abusing with them and they are charging 2× amount from me I have been taken 5000 from the company and they are trying to take 12000 from me and my family please help me out from it I'm belong from.the very low class family the behaviour is very ride and abusing with my parents I will not pay any kind of amount to them

I have been taken 5000 amount from the mpoket now they are charging 12000 from me and calling to my mother and father and harrasment on call with them.It was an serious thing to take an action on against the mpoket. I will not pay any kind of amount to the company after this behaviour to their coustomer

I had borrowed about 14k totally as multiple loans. I can't pay on time due to personal financial issue..I had paid about 40 loan on time.but this time I can't . Now they are saying to pay about 20, 500 I can't that much because I can't afford it. So I request you to provide me a waiver on penalty charges, so that I can repay the loan immediately

I borrowed the loan of Rs 1036 from mPokket app and the due date of loan is 14 March 2024 I paid the loan before the due date ( 10 March 2024 ) after payment the money deducted from my account but loan status is still pending the money deducted from my account is 1037 but still loan is active kindly I request you please help me about this matter I send all my details to their customer care email still they didn't take action on it please...
