[Resolved] Mpokket — Mpokket Request for Late fees removal

My limit is 10, 000 and I took loan from mpokket of 10k and due to my personal health issue I was not able to access my phone for months and now I have started receiving calls from mPokket stating my loan is due and I am ready to pay it but they have made the amount 21096 with late fee charges, I requested them multiple times to waive it but I am not getting a positive response from their side.

These guys have not waived any amount till now, I have paid 5000 Rs to them earlier and now I have a outstanding amount of 17000 I need more gime to repay it, I make 80 Rs per day, I am not even having 2 meals a day, life is hard. Give me more time pleaseee or waive some amount

Updated by Udeshhh Also, these guys are harrassing me saying that they will come to my house and take legal action. I was not aware of this unpaid LOAN due to my personal issues, I made myself isolated due to some health reasons. I got a CALL TOday and they are talking ### with me. I asked that guy that transfer the chat or CALL TO his supervisor and he said he cannot do that and even his responses felt like they are running a scam, very unproffesional employees.

Updated by Udeshhh I am not getting any calls from these people and I am still nit getting my revised amount so that I cam pay them. As the akount they are charging is really irrelevant and i will go ahead and file a police complaint also against them if the issue is not getting resolved here.

Updated by Udeshhh I see but my concern is not been resolved yet, as I told you I needed some extra time to repay my loan amount, as discussed I was about to oay the loan amount on april, but due to some circumstances I won't be able to do it. Also, I have received many calls from a lady and she is so rude and I informed her many times that I am taking medications of depression however she is keep torturing me on same thing. Can you please allow me some more time to repay the amount, that'll be so helpful of you.

[protected], I was going through a unfortunate time and was not able to access my phone, I did not received any call and I have took a loan of ten thousand and you guys charged me a late of 11117, and now you guys are forcing me to pay Rs.21117? How? I want you to waive if some late fee

I did not received any valid response from Mpokket till now and they are not even waiving off my late fee.
