I have cleared 7 out of 14 loan taken in Mpokket. For the amount of 14000, the interest and penalty charged is around 20k.
Now I am supposed to pay 34k approx which I am looking forward to waiver. Ned help...

I have took the loan of 5k from mpokket as i repaid all the due before when i took the loan and now i cannot repay the loan as i need sometime to repay it and they have doubled the amount of the loan i took and they are harassing me over the calls, calling my relatives and my parents and i am the only girl at my house they are creating the bad reputation of myself and it is so frustrating because of the harassment i don't know what to do and it is so depressing. please let me allow to pay the actual loan amount i have taken i can't repay the double amount as i am a student and don't let people thing to do something more because of your harassment

I got a call from nirav sir and they asked me about my reasons and even given me off on wavier penalty and he was really humble towards the customer problems how one should be while dealing with challenges and even asked me when i can pay the amount. Thank you for the help mpokket

I have took the loan before 9 months from mpokket and i couldn't repay the loan as they have increased the repayment amount double of i have taken and now they started calling my relatives, parents and friends and threatening that they will file a compliant and will send police to home address i don't know how should i react on this as i am a only girl of my family and they have been harassing me over calls and asking me to pay the double amount as soon as i can please me out of this

I am Athil I have cleared all my dues and I want to delete my m pokket account if you could help in this and delete my account it will be very helpful. Registered Mobile Number: [protected]. Take this action very seriously and delete my account forever as fast as possible and reply or give any response at least after deleting.My reason for deleting my account is now I have no need to use loan apps and credit cards I need to go for my further studies so I am clearing all my dues and focused on my career so please delete my account as fast as possible and update my CIBIL. Please provide No due certificate(NOC) and close all my credit lines and update the CIBIL report, this will be helpful if you provide the NOC and close my credit lines.

I am Pavan.R and I have taken a loan from your company. I have successfully repayed all the loan amount, yet I haven't received my NOC. I want my NOC and clearance of outstanding amount from my CIBIL score as it is affecting my other processes. The CIBIL Report is still showing the paid amount as pending. I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible

When will i get NOC or NDC for clearence for the paid loan amount. First I was told that the Certificate will be provided within 24-48 hours of payment, now mpokket is saying that after 45 days of payment. What is this behaviour? I need the NDC as soon as possible for my study loan.

I have to register a complaint regarding on the loan reminder. As I have only received 2000, 500 once and the app shows to repay it twice.I have repaid every loan I have taken from mpokket.But the penalty for the 2000 and 500 are 3728 & 836 Rs which i didnt credited with the amount. I think it's some kind of error. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible.My cibil score decrease drastically.the calls are coming everyday.
