Mpokket — Over due

I have a lone of rupees 500 and I am not able to pay it from last 4 days, when ever I try to pay the amount it keeps sending me an error I have attached the image of the error below. This error is from last 5 days now I have contacted the person but he wasn't able to assist me at all the loan amount is getting increased day by day.
I have also tried deleting the app and paying from the link which was provided by the sales person but it was of no use.
