[Resolved]  Mpokket — Remove unnecessary overdue amount

Very bad experience to MPocket Company,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the amount charged to my account, which I believe is incorrect and its effects on my CIBIL Score.

Upon reviewing my recent statements, I noticed that there is an
unexpected and unnecessary charge that has been applied to my account i sent so many reminders but no reply from the company side, after thorough examination of my transactions, I am unable to identify any valid reason for this charge.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter further
and rectifying the overcharged amount as soon as possible. It's
important to me to ensure that my account does not have any amount
due.
