Mpokket loan app give me loan when I am student in college. They give me loan starting 500 but recieved only 400 I mean deduction of processing fee and other charges. Later on debit increase because not repayment so I request extra new loan then clear all loan, many time use this and repayment their loan but one time in I have loss payment to fullfill there repayment intrest. Then no money in my hand and stop loan repayment they give me 12000 total loan but 10000nearly bank recieved but we not pay 3 years because they talk to me payment 25880. How is possible to pay this loan the harrasment is priority. Any help how to resolve this matter.

Question 3- why your staff send thread msg
Question 4- why are use whatsapp to contact not official communication
Question 5- RBI guidelines how much interest are taken from client
Question 6- if you are follow RBI guidelines when I im taking 2000 each Loan total 6 loan then given in bank account about 10000. And repayment 25800 how is possible
Question 7- why are you harrasment all time your customer
