[Resolved] Mpokket — repayment of loan failed but money has been deducted from bank account | |
I paid my loan amount of 1175, after that it was showing repayment under process and then after few minutes it is showing that the repayment has failed. I paid the loan amount through Google pay(screenshot is provided), as you can see payment has been made to mpokket and it was successful. The amount was paid but it is still showing that loan is due and the repayment has failed

Hello mpokket I paid my due amount rs 2331/- transaction is successfull but mpokket is not updated and it's not paying the amount will bee seemed plz see the issue, plz we convey the what wrong with you and update my profile and finally I suggest you plz reply intime on them .

Hello i am muzammil shaikh i have done the repayment of my loan on 18 september through the link which you have provided in email and i have done the repayment through debit card, after the repayment the website crash and some error occurs, and my money is debited from my account, its was an amount of 4484 rs, but still my repayment is showing in process, and today i am again recieving mail for repayment why? Why should i repay again as i have already paid my loan once its your problem you have not updated my repayment, i request you please solve my issue as soon as possible thank you
