[Resolved]  Mpokket — Repayment of loan failed but the money has been debited from my account

I took a loan from mpocket and repaid it on 31/3/23 but the loan repayment failed and the amount was debited from my account. So i opened their app and the loan was still showing active in the app. I submitted a complain on phone pe as i used it for the repayment and contacted my bank any they told me the payment was done to the merchant. I tried calling mpocket customer care but no one responded. Please have a look into it
