I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding Mpokket's failure to update the closure of my loan on my CIBIL report. I had repaid the loan in full on 27/10/24 and despite multiple follow-ups via emails and phone calls to your customer support team, my CIBIL report still reflects the loan as active.

This delay in updating the loan closure status has negatively impacted my credit score, which is affecting my financial standing and future credit opportunities. I have provided all requested documentation to facilitate this update, but I have not received any confirmation or action from your team regarding this matter.
