[Resolved]  Mpokket — Showing My device is already registered as primary device by another user

Address: Rajiv nagar ward no. 8 Maharaj

Dear sir / madam
I never used another device to login my mpoket account but when i tried to request the loan it shows your device is registered by someone else as their primary device kindly make it as my this device as primary my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

I have to change my primary device

From redme note 6 pro to OPPO A75 5G
primary device . RIGISTERED NO. [[protected]], as i have changed my old phone (redme note 6 proand purchased a new phone of OPPO A74 5G
Kindly approve my request of changing primary device as i m not able to take loan.
Please do the needful as soon as possible
