[Resolved]  Mpokket — Threatening and harassment calls and using oppressive behaviour for the recovery

Hi Team,

I would like to acknowledge that i have an outstanding loan amount of 9.5K on mpokket for a total of 34 days due as of today. I have already explained the customer care team about my situation that i am in, but they are not ready to provide any solution neither granting me any further extension time.

Everyday receiving threatening calls with rude and oppressive behaviour from their agents and even using lower terms about my salary, reputation and income. THREATENING to use my video ID verification and disclosing it to my relatives, and neighbours, collegaues and friends which is totally against rbi guidelines. Threatening to send agents/recovery agents to my home and office addresses and continuous oppression to pay right now and immediately. For a due of 34 days this is how they are treating their clients.

I hope this message get circulated to mpokket team and provide me with a resolution. Various types of blackmails is being thrown everyday to me which I repeat such as THREATENING of calling references, parents and family, disclosing my video verification video to neighbours and outsiders forcing to pay money immediately over the call or else face the consequences etc etc. I have already cooperted with the company regarding the delay of my payment but each and every day they call and show up with new blackmails.

Sending me a screenshot of LEGAL NOTICE in my mail id that would be delivered to my home address for being not able to pay for 34 days.

Totall HARRASMENT and unfair means of recovery.

Looking forward for an answer and resolution.
