[Resolved]  Mpokket — threatening due to non payment during lockdown period

I have been using mpokket for an year or so. I have always paid my loans on time. Recently i am unable to pay my loans due to the worldwide lockdown because of coronavirus. I don't have sufficient balance in my bank account. And i am unable to go to the bank. I mailed them about the unfavorable conditions. But today i got a call from an unknown number and he threatened me to pay by tomorrow otherwise he will call all the numbers in my contact list. Even he named few of my contacts. They are asking us to allow them permissions and they are stealing information and later threatening us! Is this a way to do business? Thry are a student loan providing organization and they are unable to understand that during this lockdown period as we are staying home we are not getting any pocketmoney. How will we pay them? By sacrifice our lives? Please look through this and take needful steps against them.
