[Resolved]  Mpokket — To much Over due

I'm Sukumar take a loan before 8 months from mpokket Rupees 18500. But unfortunately I have health issues I can't able to pay the loan amount on scheduled time. Because I am not able to go to office I'm clearly mentioned the reason to mpokket team those who are call me regarding the repayment but they didn't hear anything and started to call my father number on daily basis. Now the amount with Over due nearly 40000 rupees to till date. If RBI give the permission to mpokket to collect this much of Over due? What is this? I'm taken loan 18500 rupees but now I need to repayment of 40000 rupees with in 8 months. I am ready to pay but what I'm taken as loan. Over due is very huge and also I can't able to pay that much amount.

Good Evening,

Which is your standard operating procedure? Charge too much penalty? and make calls continuously? I took 18500 rupees as a loan but now the amount came to 39000 something with too much penal charges. It's a organised finance company or What kind of Company?
