Mpokket — Unable to register new device

Hello Team,
I have my new phone now and the previous device was damaged due to an accident. I have downloaded the application however now when I am making or withdrawing the payments it's stating I need to install the application in the old device to proceed.
Can you please get this looked into on priority as it is delaying my payments and other activities?
