regarding fee and penalty

Dear Team,

I have sent a complaint to there nodal officer but they dont have any nodal officer, its always an automated email which comes in .
My issue is : they have charged me huge penalty amount i am asking them to remove the penalty charges so that i can make the payment and close this account.
But no one is supporting from the end, for 120 days their penalty has gone from 15 k to 24 k .

Not Providing overall NOC

I require an overall NOC for Mr. Vikas Chauhan, that is me, that he has no dues left with mPokket till date. I mailed then twice but they are ignoring my mail. It has been 3-4 days since I have mailed them. I need that overall NOC for my joining purposes.

Problem regarding bank account

Hi sir/madam my new account has been approved but I'm not able to borrow as it shows the bank account already exists.

It may be due to my previous bank account has not been deleted or my bank account isn't removed yet from your side for the previous account.

I request you to please recheck the system and do something so I can borrow fluently.

Delete my existing bank account

My new profile just got approved few days back but when I add my bank account it shows existing bank account so I am not being able to borrow please delete my existing bank account as I have only one bank account. I have emailed the company 100 times still issue isn't resolved please delete my existing bank account so I can borrow flawlessly.

Bad behaviour from mpokket agents

I was taken 8900.due to unemployment i unable to pay my loans on time. now there are asking 17250.i contacted so many times regarding late fee but i didn't get proper response from mpokket customer support. recently one of the agent called to me he behaves very rudely.

Unable to register new device

Hello Team,
I have my new phone now and the previous device was damaged due to an accident. I have downloaded the application however now when I am making or withdrawing the payments it's stating I need to install the application in the old device to proceed.

repayment done but showing open account even after one year... no response

I have repaid my loan taken from mpokket on july 2023. its been one year still the accounts are open. My cibil score is damaged due to this service.
I have paid the late fee applied by the mpokket when it was late but no response after the payment its been one year. All my loan applications are getting rejected due to this....

As I have one loan pending I am looking forward to pay back the money but the intrest where they have put on my loan is pretty high so I kindly request the team to cutt of the intrest and i would need a NOC as well.

I hope the mpokket team contacts me sooner the possible and sort the things out.

      I am interested to clear my dues

      I am interested in clearing my dues. Due to mental health issues I was not able to pay the loan amounts so if you are okay I can pay the loan amount which I have taken and close my mpokket account.
      And also one more thing I don't have my old number I lost it.

        Call spam and harassment

        I am receiving calls every 10-20mins to the point of harrassment for absolutely no reason at all. They all tell me to complete my profile but I do not have need for loan anymore and I have never taken any loan ever either. Please make it stop.

        I also sent multiple emails to delete my account but I got no response for deletion. Please stop calling me and delete my account and data.

            I'm complaining about the loan provider is not refunding my money

            Address: 12th Floor, Unit No. - 1204, PS, TOWER-1, SRIJAN CORPORATE PARK, EP & GP 2, GP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091

            I was paying a loan, MK19DF655AID107675, due to network problem the amount of Rs 2074.56 was deducted twice.
            I had to pay 4 loan amounts on 10th but my transaction happened 5 times, I have proof of bank statement.
            When I checked after some time the loan amount was paid but my second time amount is not refunded yet, now it's been 30 more days, tell me when will I get my refund, as it doesn't take that much time.
