Very bad experience to MPocket Company,

Hello I am anamika, I was a regular user of mpokket app and used to clear all my debts on tim but last year due to some reasons I couldn't complete my few debts of around ruppees 2-3k and even paid the date extension fee seperately but due to family emergency condition I am not able to pay the debt amount for the time being and now the mpokket app people are calling me and constantly threatening me, also they e-mailed me the legal notice....

Hi, I have taken a loan from Mpokket and there was a delay in payment but some how I'm trying to arrange the money and paying the loan amount but the executives from Mpokket doesn't know anything and they will follow the script to talk nothing else. I have a already informed several times that I'm facing some medical emergency in the family and I will arrange the money on 5 May 2024 but they are not listening and now finally, Mpokket team...

I have been taken 17000, but now it is showing 40k rupees, my situation is very bad, my father got hospitalized, can you please give the waiver. I have recieved calls from mpokket they are using abused language. Can you please reduce the amount I will pay it.

I have taken 14000 loans on Mpokket, but I lost my registered number and now I recovered that number but,

Now total outstanding amount showing 32000, how can I pay that much amount,
so, I'm requesting you to remove overdue charges and ill clear my payment immediately.

I borrowed the loan of Rs 1036 from mPokket app and the due date of loan is 14 March 2024 I paid the loan before the due date ( 10 March 2024 ) after payment the money deducted from my account but loan status is still pending the money deducted from my account is 1037 but still loan is active kindly I request you please help me about this matter I send all my details to their customer care email still they didn't take action on it please...

Hi, i have 5 loans which are showing active in various credit reports . Even though they are closed 3 years back. They are still showing open in Highmark, Crif and Experian. Kindly resolve the issue.

Mpocket has doubled my loan amount and i was in a severe problem from last year, and i took loan for my friend for emergency but he was unable to pay the amount, now its came to my neck and agents are harassing me everyday on the phone call, and they have sent the legal notice on my mail today . Regarding strict action if not paid. I took a loan of 13000 and now its 23, 500 . I even asked them to give the concession but they didn't respond....

Hi i took loan on my clg dys and due to covid am not able to make the payment later on 2022 mpokket people contacted me in WhatsApp and asked for settlement and i agreed to make the payment and i paid 20000rs later 2-3 months after mpokket agent called me and informing that the amount i paid its for fraud people and its scam. They informed after 2-3 months later they didn't called me but 4 months back i got call from mpokket regarding due...

I applied mpokket loan there I typed all steps but in 1st step it shows kyc pending only 90% percent only shows complete 10% incomplete Tried for kyc but there internal. It says server problem, but in the other three steps, I have done all the steps. I have put ID card, joining letter & appointment order & bank statement in the employment information, but it is not approved. The details are correct. I want my loan application to be approved.Here...
