I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding unauthorized debits from my account linked to your service. This issue has occurred not once, but twice now, and despite my previous efforts to inform you, I have not received a response or resolution from your team.
The most recent unauthorized transaction occurred on [date], and the amount debited was ₹[1334]. My prior communication regarding this issue was sent on [28/02/2025], yet no action has been taken to address my concerns.
I would like to emphasize that I have never downloaded or used the mPokket app. I have sufficient proof to support this claim.
As this is causing considerable distress and inconvenience, I intend to escalate the matter further. I will be raising a complaint with RBL Bank and relevant authorities to ensure this issue is investigated thoroughly and resolved promptly.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I request an immediate refund of the unauthorized debited amounts and a clear explanation of the cause of these transactions. Additionally, I expect assurance that such incidents will not happen again in the future.
