In this complaint, I, K. Tarun, a student borrower, wish to address my troubling experience with mPokket regarding loan repayment. Despite my attempts to engage with their customer service for assistance, promises made regarding resolving late charges and arranging a manageable repayment plan have not been fulfilled. As a result, the burden of these late charges is severely affecting my ability to focus on my studies. I urgently seek resolution from mPokket to waive these charges and establish a more feasible repayment arrangement, as this situation is causing significant financial and academic distress.
