I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am experiencing with the mPokket application, which is impacting my credit score due to a technical error. My name is Kaki Tarun, and I am a user of the mPokket app, where I have taken and paid off multiple loans.
Recently, I noticed that despite having cleared all my loan payments, the app continues to show a pending payment under "Quadrallion Finance Limited." This outstanding payment notification is incorrect, as I have already completed all my due payments. Furthermore, the app does not provide any option to make this payment, indicating that it is likely a glitch in the system.
This issue has already started affecting my credit score, which is a matter of great concern to me. I kindly request that this issue be investigated promptly and that any erroneous information be corrected in my credit history to reflect my timely loan payments.
Please take the necessary steps to resolve this issue and provide me with an update on the actions taken. If needed, I am happy to provide proof of my payments to expedite the resolution process.
