I had actually taken a loan from Mpokket on Dec 2020 and during the repayment i had lost my mobile phone due to which i was not able to access my personal mail or mobile number, i had tried contacting Mpokket at that time, explaining the situation and need to login the application to pay for the loan but no response from your end, after that they had started adding High penalty charges i had taken the initiative to pay from last year and requested them to provide me waiver but no proper resolution from your end, I am ready to pay but not with the penalty charges as i believe it was not my fault if i had gotten a proper response from your end i would have cleared my loan during that time itself, also i would like to bring to your notice of one more thing, Mr. Gaurav Jalan CEO of Mpokket had said in a news interview that "penalty are just to discourage borrowers from defaulting, if customers engage with you it will be waived of on a case-to- case basis" As it is just to discourage and since it can be waived off as your CEO said please do provide me waiver, If you can't please give me a proper reason why and why did CEO said such a statement.
