        Dear madam, i have taken a loan of 5500 rupees in an emergency situation and due to some financial problems i was unable to pay at that time.. Now I have enough amount to my total principal amount but with the late fines the loan amount is approx 11000 now.. Please i am requesting to remove the late fines and i can able to pay the due amount. Kindly understand my situation

          I requested loans from mpokket 4 days ago, i haven't received any amount from them, in their app it shows the amount is disbursed and it's active and it says check your bank account, however i have checked multiple times no amount was received from them.

                      I have paid all my outstanding loan with penalty on February 2022 but still its showing loan is active, 6 months ago i raised a complaint here they said please mention as resolved we will work in backend to close it. Now i tried to take a loan for bank they are saying i am having outstanding loans from mpokket.

                        Hii Mpokket team,
                        I have taken a loan of 10500 from mpokket and not able to pay my dues due to non employment from last 453 days, i want to pay my dues now but you have imposed heavy fines and penalty, for 10.5K you are demanding 20.8k. I'm Not able to pay this amount. Please help me regarding this and also i'm not able to pay this amount at one time, i can pay in emi's.

                            I have taken loan of rupee 2500 3 months back, due to some personal financial problem i couldn't repay loan amount on time now they have added late fine of total rupee 4160 its almost double the money i have taken, they have deducted interest before crediting amount to my bank .they call me daily abuse me they are very rude, i request them to remove my late fee but they are not ready, im mentally depressed, im student doing part time job, every penny is important to me, how can i pay double money, i am ready to pay what i took but i cant pay double money and i request to reduce my late fee .

                              I have took the loan of 5k from mpokket as i repaid all the due before when i took the loan and now i cannot repay the loan as i need sometime to repay it and they have doubled the amount of the loan i took and they are harassing me over the calls, calling my relatives and my parents and i am the only girl at my house they are creating the bad reputation of myself and it is so frustrating because of the harassment i don't know what to do and it is so depressing. please let me allow to pay the actual loan amount i have taken i can't repay the double amount as i am a student and don't let people thing to do something more because of your harassment

                              I got a call from nirav sir and they asked me about my reasons and even given me off on wavier penalty and he was really humble towards the customer problems how one should be while dealing with challenges and even asked me when i can pay the amount.                                   I have took the loan before 9 months from mpokket and i couldn't repay the loan as they have increased the repayment amount double of i have taken and now they started calling my relatives, parents and friends and threatening that they will file a compliant and will send police to home address i don't know how should i react on this as i am a only girl of my family and they have been harassing me over calls and asking me to pay the double amount as soon as i can please me out of this
