They are harassing me day by day calling my parents and me. I was a good user of mpokket but still they cheated me by not refunding my money. I had to pay two times for a single loan. Now they have shared the contact details with the third party recovery team. And it is illegal for a NBFC registered company

            I cleared all my loans and I need an NOC as soon as possible. My customer ID is REF8556660. My Cibil Report is showing So many active Loans which i have already cleared. It is dropping my Cibil Score. I need my NOC as soon as Possible and update the Cibil Report as well.

              Very high penalty charges, request to provide me waiver

              I had actually taken a loan from Mpokket on Dec 2020 and during the repayment i had lost my mobile phone due to which i was not able to access my personal mail or mobile number, i had tried contacting Mpokket at that time, explaining the situation and need to login the application to pay for the loan but no response from your end, after that they had started adding High penalty charges i had taken the initiative to pay from last year and...

                  I am trying to repay my mpokket loan since 2yrs.
                  I have informed 100times to them so far regarding my settlement.
                  I just took 10K from mpokket, Actual money received in bank is 9K.
                  Now Outstanding is 30K.
                  20K, they have levied for penalty charges since not paid on due date.

                  But when my penalty charges are 2K, I asked them to waive it off to close whole loan amount.
                  But they have denied and continuously charged penalty.
                  I asked them so many times and numerous emails I have forwarded to their front desk team and higher officials of mpokket app

                  No one has given proper resolution and agreed my offer.

                              As discussed, please may you be updated that we are working on updating your loan repayment status on the records of the credit bureau! This might take up to a maximum of thirty business days from the date of the repayment, for the process to get completed. However, we are trying to resolve it at the earliest.                                 Your company is not support only chitt to customer recover extra due amount as well as mentally torcher if customer having problematic no any support continually call and harass with give extra due charges it's very bad company I will suggest any person pls do not going to way this company for giving any kind of loan
