MRF Tyres — 8 month old tyre got busted

Sir I have bought Maruti Breeza in Aug 2020 and I have driven 10000 km only. During my journey my right back tyre got punchered. Somehow I control on the vehicle. After that I have visited Maruti Dealership and after inspection they have provided me the warranty letter for replace the tyre from MRF dealer. But Dealer in Saharanpur refuse to receive me claim after my several requests he was agree but again he said that he is receiving my claim bhut can't tell when will he forward to MRF as company isnt accepting any claim.
As MRF is such a reputed company it is not acceptable. You are requested kindly change my only 8 month old tyre.
