MRF Tyres — dealer fraud

I have replaced two tyres of mine with mrf, on the very next day it got bursted on the road while driving. When i complain to dealer he was not ready to listen first saying that it is not manufacturing defect after continuous efforts he forward my complain and contact with party to not replace my tyre i believe as tyre was 1 year old and tyre quality was downgraded. Dealer do a fraud with me. Please look into the matter as rupee 2500 is big amount to lost in one day.
