I have Tata Hexa XT model Car. Its tyre size I 235/55r19. When I purchase the car its come with MRF tyre so I always use MRF tyres. I drive my car on city road. I felt that something wrong with tyre pressure and than I drive my care to puncture man shop about 2 to 4 Kms. From the spote where my car being puncture. The shop keeper repair and fit the tyre in the car. And I am reach home I park my car in parking area. The next day morning I come to my car the tyre which punctured day before being flat. So I am visit to the puncture shop. The man told me puncture is ok but something wrong with tyre so visit to tyre company and inspect the tyre. So I am visit your store located at 301, 3RD EYE TWO COPMLEX, OPP. PARIMAL GARDEN, OFF CG ROAD, NEAR PANCHAVATI 5 ROADS, AHMEDBAD-3800006. For inspect my tyre. The man who inspect my tyre told me that “TYRE BEING FAILED, DUE TO I DRIVE MY CAR IN PUNCTURE SO MY TYRE BEING FAILED. I HAVE TO PARK MY CAR AT THE SPOT WHERE ITS BEING PUNCTURED.†I told him the tyre is tube less and the puncture is so little what is the benefit to use tubeless tyre either I have to stop my car where its being punctured but he refuse my claim and do not replace my tyre. I have a simple question that IF I HAVE TO STOP ON THE SPOT DUE TO PUNCTURE EITHER I PURCHASE TUBELESS TYRE? And I made puncture from the shop its only little hole but my tyre being failed?
