Dear MRF,
           We bought tires for our company from my two wheeler tubeless tyre but within one year the tyre was bursted one side. I am applying for a warranty claim but our company says no defect was found so rejected my claim. I don't know the warranty policy but our company staff say the tyre was already punctured and some air leakage happened. The reason of  bursted. When I bought the product our company dealer or staff did not explain the warranty policy and process. One of the best companies to me but still not customer orriant. I have spent 1500+ for a tubeless tyre. Your staff or dealer explain this type puncture handling no.please give proper solution to me and future customer also.I Waiting for your reply.
