MTNL Mumbai — Mobile prepaid online recharge deducted but chage failed and refund not done

I have made an online recharge of Rs. 500 on MTNL mobile no. [protected] on 24/02/2015 but recharge was not done and shown as failed. Refer Transaction ID.SBI[protected] from Mumbai. If recharge has failed then my amount of 500 rupees should be credited to my SBI account. Kindly take a serious note of the complaint do the needful urgently.

On the 24th july 2020 Rs. 101 was recharged but not recharged and the money has gone out of the account. Please refund as soon as possible.

कारण आज मी रिचार्ज केला पण failed दाखवलं
On the 6th November 2020 Rs.85 was recharged but not recharged and the money has gone out of the account. Please refund as soon as possible.

I Mr.Sharad Hande recharge online to my mobile number [protected]. My money is deducted from my account . But recharge is not coming.I enquired on 1503 no. They told me that money will come into your account after three days.But money is not coming in my account.This incidents is happening on 24th September 2021.kindly help me and send me my recharge amount Rs.149/- to my account. Thanks

Recharge amt rs. 136/- payment done on[protected], but recharged failed. Amt. not credited till date in my account . Please reversed this amt. as soon as possible.
