After fighting with mts on emails that i bought your data card but i have no coverage for months they sent me the above email. But this company is really pissing me off as they have now started sending me sms's every second day since 09/march/2016. When i called their customer service complaining that i have no-active service with your company then why am i receiving these messages to bother. Mr. Ajay in cs replied you have outstanding payment and you are using services of mtm. And twice the customer care dept. Disconnected line before speaking with ajay. This is really pathetic.

We would like to inform you that we have raised a disconnection request for the mdn [protected]. The request number for the same is r[protected] and our concerned department would get back to you with the resolution on 29.08.2013 15:00.

We would like to inform you that deactivation takes 7 days to get processed and we will charge you for the period of the account as active and after the temporary suspension of the account we do not charge the customer’s account.

Further, we would request you to clear the dues of your mts account to proceed with the disconnection request which is rs 529.27 as on 24.08.2013.

With reference to your e-mail on sat, 17th august '2013, regarding mdn [protected] about refund on data card and we tried to call you today on 23.08.13 at 05:42 pm; however your number was busy. We would like to inform you that your request has been closed and as per the closure for the data card refund, connection should old less than 15 days and the data usage should not above 200 mb, as your connection had already crossed 15 days on 12.08.13 and your data usage were also beyond 200 mb (Actual usage were 644 mb). Hence your refund request has been rejected.

This is a follow up email to know how much time it takes to make you guys to come up with resolution. When a customer calls and asks for a manager they are not available to take the the customer's call. If at all someone answers call either they just keep on apologizing or hung up the call. Agents named neha and jai hung up. When spoke with saurabh in customer service and asked for manager i was refused. I was told to go to the nearest mts store to get data card checked and wait for few days to get it changed or wait for executive to come to my house within 2 or 3 days and again it will take few days to replacement. Spoke with vishal floor supervisor who said the same thing.
Mts is a bull company with stupid people running operations i guess to fool innocent customers.

I need refund which i have been told is not at all possible no matter service is not being used.

Anup singh team leader refused refund too.

Amit kumar dubey manager operations said the time for a person to visit my place is 3-5 working days and then he will check the device and then he will submit the device to be exchanged which will take few more days.

This email is to inform you that i am a new customer my services were said to be activated on saturday but still its not working. Data card is not being detected by my laptop and also on another laptop that i tried. The sales person said call customer service and when i called them they disconnected call i also called tech support they too disconnected my call. Your serve is so pathetic in the start then what will happen in future please refund the rs. 1100 that i paid or else i will be going to report this to police and consumer court.
