Sir, I had ordered Lenovo A536( Black) mobile on 06/12/2014. Order Reference No:JHBBSQFSC and made the payment the same date for Rs:6, 222/-.through ICICI bank gateway with SBI Bank Debit Card. My contact number is [protected]. Till today there is no proper reply.Once when I called up, one Mr.Santhosh answered and said that it will be delivered in 2 days time. Whenever I contact the mobile it is either switched off or it says not reachable. But the product is not yet dispatched. Please arrange to refund my money... I am tired of waiting as it is now 20 days since the payment is made and the mobile phone not delivered to me. I cannot wait any longer. Please arrange to refund the money. I had ordered MICROMAX A310 mobile on 08/12/2014. Order Reference
No:AYFEPEFUE and made the payment the same date for Rs:21386/-.through
FEDERAL BANK. My contact number is
[protected]. Till today there is no proper reply.Once when I called up,
THEIR CUSTOMER CARE answered and said that it will be delivered in 2 days
time. Whenever I contact they told it will withi 2days
. But the product is not yet dispatched.Then I ask refund on 19 th dec, they inform it will take 5 days. But not do it, then icall they told again within two days to take for delivery, they not cancelled it. Again i ask for refund . Please arrange to
refund my money... I am tired of waiting as it is now 20 days since the
payment is made and the mobile phone not delivered to me. now i dont want mobile.only my money
