Subject: debit card fraud and bank refusal to pay money

Respected sir/madam

I am poonam sahni writing this letter in sheer desperation. I am bearer of axis bank debit card number [protected]. On 5th april 2019, at 1315 pm i got a call from the mobile number [protected] saying that he is a paytm customer care agent and told me that my paytm account had been blocked due to lack of authentication. He asked me to give the number of my debit card which i refused. He then asked me to remain online for sometime while he will check why paytm is blocked. While i was online i received message from axis bank of two online transaction reflecting withdrawal of rs. 60000 (Through 2 transactions) from my account, details of which are given below.
I immediately called axis bank customer care at[protected], requested to block my debit card (Complaint no:[protected] which they did. After that i filled online police complaint (Complaint no. 94785), submitted dispute form and police complaint form to the axis bank, seweree branch, mumbai - 15. The bank manager assured me that since the card is under insurance, i will get my money back so nothing to worry.
On 18th april 2019, i got two messages from axis bank stating that money is credited to my account through two transactions. I was really happy that i got my money back. On 28th april 2019, i called customer care of axis bank to find out about my account balance, they told me that it is zero and there is no money in my account. Also, they told me that i will not get my money back because it was my fault. I was shocked, i immediately went to the axis bank and asked the bank manager the same. He told me he got message from the main branch of axis bank that customer is at fault and so the customer will not get the money and he can not do anything further with regards to this matter.
In the last few days i have suffered lot of physical and mental trauma because of this bank's attitude and ultimately refusal to give money back, hence i would request you to please help me out in this matter.
Your in-time action on this complaint can help me to get my money back and also prevent this type of crimes in near future. I am attaching all the documents for your perusal.
