I am a resident of Block A, Sector-57, Sushant Lok-3, Gurguram; and we are facing water supply issues for past 2--3 days (from[protected].

There has been a swear left open for days and also have a large ditch around it. It has been more than months but no one has closed it.As a concerned person I strongly feel that it needs to be close as anyone could fall in it.

I am getting inflated water bill on flat rates without taking meter reading. Meter is very much working but in the bill it is shown as dead. My written complaint was not received at New Colony office and was asked to install a new meter whereas the present water meter is in working condition.

I am Kanchan Jha, resident of Smriti Apartment Plot-46 sector -56 Gurgaon-122011. A very huge tree outside the society is bending over the road and causing obstruction for school buses and other vehicles while crossing. Tree is very large and can fall damaging or hurting people/vehicle going by. Request your kind consideration to address the issue as early. Being a rainy season, risk is very high.

Greetings. There is a tree infront of my house which is growing immensely. It sheds some sticky fruits all over the road which has become dangerous as many residents and kids slip while walking. The fruits have also damaged the parked cars. Kindly help with the pruning of tree at your earliest convenience.

We have been raising complaints on a daily basis from last week, due to water shortage on site. But no response from their side and we are facing many problems due to water shortage.

Request you please take necessary action on it and resolve the issue on priority.

With the respect, I would like to draw your attention to the shortage of water in our lane from Hno. 782, 772, 773, 775 Sector 23 A Gurugram, Especially Hno. 782, 772, 773, 775 is suffering due to shortage of water supply Because our house is at the mid of the lane.

From so many years, We have been facing this type of problem for a long time. There is a severe shortage of water only in our lane Due to which the people of our lane are facing water problems these days. There is no water in our houses Tabs remain dry throughout the day. Often the water pressure is very low. The situation is getting worse out of bed here. It has become very difficult for everyone to complete their household chores, People have to go to the offices without bathing.

We have complained several times but the action has not been taken yet. I hope you will take the immediate response and effective steps to solve this problem.

Iam leaving in bank colony near krishana colony house no 13 A.
Driver is very arrogant and doing insult of ladies in front of every one, also restricted to put waste in van.
I have warn him not to do insult of ladies but he says he will do and also not let us to put the wate in van.

Kindly look in to the matter and change the driver for this location.

This is to inform you we are getting hard water harsh salty ground water through water supy from past 15 days, even our ro systems are failed to make them soft

It was started after the basai pipeline work completed, untreated water is being supplying to the area rajendra park or native

Concerning the health issues as it is causing stomach diseases and in past few days vomit stomach pain cases have been increased in near medical centres

Therefore requested to take action and repair the water treatment plant and supply healthy waters in rajendra park area immediately

There is a park infront of my house so a tree has fallen creating chaos kindly get it cleared

My property tax for the year 2021-22 was Rs. 237/-. But now this year 2022-23 is 825/-.

The cover of the sewage is broken.

This complaint is regarding street dog menace near Navkriti Shopping Complex, Sushant Lok 2, Sector 55, Gurugram.
There are around 15-20 street dogs in and around the complex and some are very ferocious and have been attacking humans and pets regulary.
Please look into this and resolve at teh eariest as it is matter of human safety.

This is a follow up of the complaint no - 957080 dated 8th July. There has been no action taken till date. No one has come to see even the site nor repaired it. We are suffering badly as there is no available drinking water for last 12 days as the water pipeline is damaged and leaking badly. In these 12 days I have met the officials in sec-42 and sec-34 and reminding them every day on phone but of no avail.

Kindly repair the broken pipeline ASAP.

Hi,

It is to bring to your notice that our locality has been suffering the problem of dirty water. Since last 12 days, sewage water comes in the jal board pipeline. It is making our lives miserable. No one taking this into consideration.

I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps.

I will be grateful if you will take immediate action to solve this matter soon.
