We are the resident of house no 271/3 Prem nagar part 2 opp haryana roadways workshop near raghunath mandir.
Our severs have been overflowing from last week. Many complaints has been forwarded but no one has come to clean the line. We are facing the problem of sanitation. Please help us if you could.

Dear Team MCG please remove huge encroachment in All street of Saraswati enclave ward 13 Gurgaon this is a big population colony but all street are covered approx 30% by shopkeepers, People make chabutras, Big ramps please take actions

Sir, I am residing in F Block, Rajendra Park, Gurgaon. We are not receiving water supply for past three days.

Please resolve this ASAP.

It is noticed since yesterday drinking water supply is containments some where sewage water is mixing with it. Kindly solve this issue in view of human health.

Since last four to five months sewer line is chocked gutter are overflowing. Temporary cleaning done by contractor one or twice in last six month.

In Surat Nager Phase 1, Gali no 6 sewer line chocked gutters are overflowing par problem facing since last 4 to 5 months.

Sewer is overflowing in front of HN 987 sec 40 Gurugram resulting into smell & unhygienic conditions, there is also danger of spreading disease but MCG is not attending compliant since last 10 days .

Dear sir / Madam

This is regarding the water supply concern at my current residence: C32 Second floor, Ardee city, sector 52, Gurugram. The issue is that there is no water supply since 28 June 2022 at my residence. Be it anytime morning 4 am or evening 6 pm, there is zero water supply despite having an electric motor to fetch the water into my overhead tanks.

It is my sincere request to you to please help me at the earliest to resolve the problem.

There is a major blockage in the Storm water drains in our block of Houses Starting J-1071 and finishing at J-1102. Would love to address this issue at the earliest as the Rains are due any time.

I Anita sawhney along with my only child daughter Ayesha sawhney has purchased a house J-3/24, Ground floor Dlf phase 2 sector 25 gurugram on 27 th march 2021.We shifted in the house in the month of june 2021 .Eversince we've shifted the the electricity board is issuing bills hoing upto 2 lacks i did a part payment in the month of august of 50000 so that they dont disconnect my electricity and refund or adjust once the issue is resolved but till date they are not rectifying .We only two women live in the house using one fan few lights and ac occasionslly .We've been visiting dhbvn sec 31 office since one year but they are not fixing the bill we got the meter check still the the incharge there is harrasing us is he doesnt even talk respectfully to us He keeps attending and entaining other customers but looses it when we approach him the online meter has been disconnected since months .I am a senior citizen with only daughter we cannot use electricity worth lacs withing few months the meter was also not working they changed it in the month of november after i visited them 20 times i request the redressal authority to please look into the matter and help me i am not keeping well and my daughter is working on whose income i am dependant i am uploading few documents that would serve as a proove kindly plzzz help .The bill is registered in the name of the previous owner jameela tunda i anita sawhney is the new owner my contact no is [protected], [protected]

We run mother diary booth 909 (sector 11, Tikona park gurgaon), some pipeline leakage is happening nearby (mostly looks like sewage water leaking)which is causing great problem at our booth as the same water supply happens for our diary also, please look into this matter and help us resolving it

This is sarvesh residential house no 1374 sector10a gurugram. Since last 30days for sevage work has been going on, house whole front ramp was broken. Currently for last 20 plus days post the sewage work is still not completed and it's very difficult to get any vehicle and manual entry to home. Hope someone can help on this.

Caterpuri Road from Shaheed bhagat singh chowk to Palam Vihar C 2 Block is completely damaged. Please repair urgently due to which a lot of traffic Jam is there

The garbage collector van staff is highly irresponsible and do not collect garbage for days and the stink has made our lives hell.. even if they come they collect garbage from a few selected houses and leave the rest even when their van is empty.. i had to run behind the garbage collector van and asked him why he is skipping some houses regularly but he did not bother..due to this rude and extremely unprofessional behavior my house has become a garbage dump.. we have repeatedly requested him to not leave our house behind but he intentionally does it again and again even when we pay them on time every month... the garbage collecting van doesn't even use their hooter so that residents get to know that they are coming.. and are extremely irregular in their timings also...very pathetic behavior of the staff.. kindly take strictest action against such laxity

The person charged me double and when I refused to give the extra amount he started abusing. At last I gave him the double charge but I need a solution to this.

I told satbir thekedar about the blockage problem many times, but till date no response has come. Seewer issue resolved just two times but not cleaned properly now seewer is completely blocked.
I request to you please resolve this matter immidiately.

Well.. there's a illegally constructed speed breaker in our street which has caused many accident & injuries to old age people & two wheel vehicle riders
Because it's bigger than normal breaker & it's 3 times the height &2 times the width of a Normal breaker
Kindly get it removed

Sewer in front of house no. 535 sector 14 is blocked.

Hello, I am a resident of House no.299 in sector 28 Gurugram near Rose Apartment. Recently there has been a huge increase in the number of street dogs in our colony where 3 dogs have attacked passerby and damaged multiple cars by sleeping over them, scratching and breaking glasses. The herd of dogs freely roam, bark, chase and sometimes attack the pedestrian.
Request you to kindly capture these miscreants before any fatalities.
