Complete sewage blocked. No tractor of sewage cleaning coming since 4 days. No one lifting the telephone of MCG complain cell. Kindly do the needful.

There are lot's of stray dogs in my locality. I've been attacked twice near my house and they bit off my car's number plate and even destroyed car's coolant pipe causing damage of Rs 10, 000. This is causing a lot of issue. I request for these stray dogs to be relocated. My address is as follows:

Please note that the land outside M3M Marina Sector 68 is being used for dumping construction waste making it very unhygenic.

Despite complaints to Builder and maintenance team no action is being taken

There is new sever line and newly construction of road it's Jaming the line on monthly basis and no one is listing about the complaint

Quality of Supplied water quality is not good, it taste like some oil is mixed up in it.
Please take effective. Measures to control the quality standard.

Sewerage block near shop no 4 laxman vihar phase 1 Gurugram ward no 10 sewerage block and repairing need for chamber. I complained in Parshad office but till date no action taken by him please do needful things for us.we are facing lots of problems because of this reason.

I am writing this letter to bring in your notice, the poor condition of park old dlf sector 14 near dr. Lal Path Lab which falls under the maintenance order of your authority. The park is not cleaned properly / secured tightly against the stray animals. Which eventually creates a mess and indicates it is not properly looked after. The grass is not properly trimmed, which is leading to heavy growth of bushes at every corner).There is not proper arrangemnt for water supply (motor machine and water supply pipe) please arrange the well condition equipment.

Please take care of the above-mentioned problems by sending a proper set of labor which would work regularly for the betterment of the park.

Link provided on MCG site for property tax grievance is not working and shows under maintenance for more than a month. How much time it will take for maintenance. Please tell when it is available.

My name is Colonek PC Malhotra and I am the house owner of house number 3230 Sector 23 Gurugram near Swiss Cottage School. For last 3 days the entire sewer line in front of our house has got blocked due to constructions taking place in the area and it is smelling very badly and is a big health risk. Complaint at the local level has not resulted into any action being taken. You are requested to please ensure that the block is removed at the earliest in the interest of the people safety & health

Me and several others had lodged a complaint as per above ticket number. Unfortunately there has been no response from your side.
Kindly take up the matter seriously and urgently.

With all due respect, I am writing this letter of complaint regarding the garbage disposal situation in our area The Pickup Van used to come every day in the morning but now he has not been coming for about a week. This situation is very troublesome since heaps of garbage have started appearing around the whole area. The pungent smell is hard to avoid along with the horrid sight of garbage everywhere. People have no choice but to throw their trash on the streets, leaving hurdles for the residents. I are am not able to go on my anywhere because of this prevailing situation. I request you to please look into this situation and do something about it instantly.

I hope you will acknowledge our situation and resolve the matter soon.

Refer complain dated 03 April, 5April and 11April 21 became worst position, Kindly look in to the matter for permanent solution please.

A big hole has been dug beside my house which is left open since last 8-10 days and no action has been taken. Please have a pook at it as soon as possible.

Our whole society is facing water supply issue from last 2-3 years now and no permanent resolution is being provided.

We are paying huge water bill charges and other property tax by HUDA but no water is there.

Please clear my home gutter

Complete sewage system blocked of the colony, please refer ticket number 469714. kindly find some permanent solution and please get it repair, now dirty water overflowing on the road. It may damage the our houses because water is floating under neath the house basement. please do the needful.it is totally unhygienic at this situation in covid(Crona). Dada Avenue, near pillar number 97, besides jain bagichi. Infront of government boys senior secondary school, Badshahpur. Ward- 25.

1. The street lights on the roads in the new sectors specially sectors 86 to 91 were earlier rarely and of late never lit up at night. As it is there is no police presence in these areas and there have been several incidents of robbery etc, so it's very important that the roads be kept well lit from evening through the night.
2. The roads are very uneven and broken at many places due to shoddy patchwork repairs carried out in the past... That too after a lot of hue and cry was raised against the massive potholes.
3. The residents of these sectors pay all their taxes as much as the residents of areas like MG Road or Cyber City or Golf Course Road. In fact they pay the heavy toll tax twice every time they commute towards the city... which is quite frequent due to work and considering the lack of proper shopping outlets in these areas.
4. The service lanes to NH48 are in appalling condition... so is the drainage which is always clogged and overflowing. So to reach the highway or exit it is an ordeal... Specially during the monsoons.
The massive and heavy trucks coming from Manesar and lack of traffic segregation under the flyovers causes huge congestions and confusions leading to terrible jams while one tried to navigate into the sector roads.
5. There are no Street lights installed on the three flyovers after the Kherki Daula Toll and it is always pitch dark here. The poles are standing without any light installations. What for are the residents paying such heavy Toll tax?
6. The U turns both before and after the toll are very risky and huge bottlenecks in the free flow of traffic. In fact those who pay the toll tax get penalized waiting for trucks and other traffic taking the U turn to cross to the opposite service lane.
