In reference to above the garbage collection in sonagir sector c is not done regularly done. The garbage is collected by van from selected houses. I want to know that is there any instruction for garbage team to collect garbage from selected houses. I am regularly paying garbage collection charges in advance in month of april every year. If garbage is not collected from door to door then why i am paying charges of rs 720 pm. I want to if not possible to collect garbage door to door then refund my charges

The truck that is comming is not picking the garbage regularly and picking from only few houses and moving on without informing and not picking the garbage

This complaint is to register the negligence and ignorance of the Vidyanagar electricity department, Bhopal which has been ignoring the frequent power supply problems in Fortune Kasturi society, Jatkhedi. Ever since this society was built, there have been frequent power cut issues both in the day time and night times as well. Especially in the night times in the peak summer power goes of suddenly and it is not resumed for many hours. There are small children and elderly people living in this society and serious trouble and discomfort has been caused by regular power disruptions in this society. Even now power has gone for the past 15 mins and no action been taken by Vidyanagar electricty department. Everytime they come up and say there is a feeder issue but they don't permanently resolve the problem. Curruption in Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh has been increasing depriving public of their basic needs.

Street light is not repaired despite of calling numerous times. It is in custom colony, Kolar road Bhopal. Pole no 721/12. Everytime person says that vehicle is not available or is under maintenance. This is not an answer. I am tired now of calling. Please help me.

This complaint is registered to notify the municipal corporation of Bhopal about the extremely dangerous state of affairs in Jatkhedi especially with respect to the roads infrastructure which are left unrepaired for more than a year even after the tender had been released 2 months ago. The roads are kept in such a dangerous state with huge pot holes leading to water stagnation even in summers causing serious safety issues and injuries to the bikers and pedestrians too. Moreover there are no street lights available on this road to Jatkhedi. We request the municipal corporation authorities to look into this issue and help the residents in this area to live a safe life.

Im Christopher Pereira .. living in bhopal with my family . my issue is tht my parents have paid taxes everytime .. but the problem is there are issue everywhere .. but i dont want to highlight eveyone of them but the most recent ... as it still booming .. today as of 02/05/2024 9:00AM thes garbage collectors .. now the problem is tht, , these guyz dont come daily .. plus they dont even wait for 2 or 3 mins .. so tht peple can get out of their houses and pass on the garbage ... i think if everyone is paying tax like for these stupid people then these poeple should work properly like waiting for people to get out of their houses to dump their garbages in the truck .. and play a music from like 300 or 400 meter away so tht people can hear them and get ready ... now if is exactly wht happened today at my place... my mother went out to dump the garbage .. we live in a appartment with only 2 or 3 families .. and these stupid people they dont wait for like 3 minutes .. everyon has some work to do at every specefic time .. so the garbage collectors are bound to wait for some time to collect .. but in my area they dont .. and its an issue for me .. if they are not of any use then they are not of any use to this society .. and not they deserve the money paid to them .. its basically we paid to them .. we pay our taxes and out taxes included everything .. if they are no good . then we should not the the tax .. right .. my mother told them to wait but they argued with my mother ..and so i also told them to talk nicely .. or else it wont be good for them but soon after this he strted talking rusbbish and they strted their vehicle and they went .. i can file a defamation case .. and a hell lot cases on the municipal corp.. bcaz we pay taxes right ..we dont want this kind of service from the govt if these people are not faithfull toward their job .. we even called some stupid lady who was maybe taking care of this area.. but tht lady seems to be stupid AF she kept of saying the garbage collectors are given rules to not wait more thn 2 mins . wht is this behaviour? and she instead of solving the issue tells us to collect the money and eveyone buy the dustbins .. someone plz educate this superb lady who is working in the office .. hats off ! these worthless people are getting paid for free and for doing nothing .. this incident took place in bhopal .. area is Priyadarshini phase 2 . near rameshwaram deluxe baghswewania bhopal ..

This is Abhi Jain from 268LIG A SECTOR SONAGIRI BHOPAL. Sir we are facing an extreme issue of water logging in our locality. The colony pipe line has been chocked and all the rain water is coming into our home. This has created a several damage to our sanity and hygiene. Sand and dort of sewage is entering our room and kitchen. Please on the immediate effect help us.

The street light on the government quarter lane near E109/14, Shivaji Nagar is not working since 2 months. Kindly resolve.

There are lot of dogs and puppies near my house disturbing a lot. Two three ### giving birth to baby again and again. They come and roam in my house. My grandmother is heart patient and diabetic too. She doesn't want clean there ### daily. Those came and destroying my things likes shoes and all.once a dog try to catch me and bite me when I m on bike going to market he is just few inches away. Thanks to God. Others wise I want to take 5-6 injections in my body.

On the 23rd of march, dog catchers came in our colony and caught 2 of our dogs and took them away. we have 4 dogs in our line, they took away a male puppy (around 7-8 months old, light golden colored, long fur) and an adult dog (orange, short hair, black color on muzzle) who has a limp in his front paw. The puppy had a collar but he took it off on his own a few days prior to this incident so they took him away. He isn't harming anybody. Everyone in our line used to feed these dogs and we want them both back please. i dont know who filed this complaint but we want our dogs back.
Please give them back. They are obedient and protective dogs and everyone wants them back, we dont have a problem with them. Please send them back, the other dogs have been very sad and stopped eating since they've been gone.

Respected Sir, I stays in custom colony, Kolar road. A street light on pole 721/12 opposite to my house is not working. I called the dedicated number several times but it is coming switched off. This street light is not working since last 7 days and due to this it is very dark in the night which makes difficult for us and other residents to even move on road in night also it leads to any accident or the bad people take the advantage, make the mischief of that. An incident of robbery already happened in my house when this light wasn't working back in December 2022. Attached the FIR Copy. There is no proper care given to the street light maintenance. It goes down in every 10 days. So please take the action and arrange to repair the street light as early as possible so that we can walk safely on road. Some one is killing pigs and dropping them every now and then at a barr land opposite to queen marry school where the electric tower is. Its inhuman and i belive this is not the right way to get rid of increasing population of pigs. Please help

The road in the Shanker nager area are quite in a bad shape. There is no maintenance work ever happened in last 10 yrs. Sometime due to the diversion of chhola road traffic, the heavy load trucks used to pass through the road.
Request you please fill up the pathholes and repair the damaged road.
It is very difficult to take the patient on these road, create so much pain for the elderly.
Request you to Kindly look into the issue once.

Street light are not working from last one month of Kohefiza Main Road at First Cry Showroom.

Sir, I am writing to your esteemed self to bring to your notice the nuisance caused by stray dogs in our colony. The number of stray dogs in our colony has risen alarmingly. The rise in their number has led to various other problems such as competition for food and shelter. Please do the needful.
