We are residing in mugapair west, 4th block.
There are 60 to 70 dogs are residing with us and disturbing our children and senior citizens when they are moving on the streets.

From past 4 weeks, there are 3 children and 2 adult guys are bitten by street dogs.

Requested your immediate presence and catch all the dogs in serious response.

I'm a resident of anakaputhur chennai. The corporation collect waste from every household and dump near my house. These waste not segregated to recycle / scientifically composed. They were simply litter. There is no proper area defined and waste collected area continuously expand day by day.
It's been difficult to breathe due littering the waste in open air.
The concerned authorities been informed directly in person many times.. Our problem only heard and no results in action.

In my area (Ambattur ot) people are facing much issues with street dogs especially during night times after (00:00 am).
More than 5-6 dogs which chase down the bikes and threatens people who passes through my street. This has even caused several people to injure because of these dogs chasing the bikes. It would be great and appreciated if you take necessary and needed action on my above request please.

We have about 7 stray dogs in our street in which 2 are really ferocious. They come chasing everybody who goes through that road. One of them come and bite the bags of all the walking passers. We are having so much problems with these dogs. They are even hunting all the kittens and puppies in the neighbouring houses. People working in night shifts are having severe problems regarding this issue. Please do the needful

Am residing at no.29, udaya apartments, dhandapani street tnagar ch-17, we are 12 flat owners and tenants o[censored]daya apartments, the basement of the building and ground floor is being used for commercial purpose by the builder, we are the residence of the apartment being troubled by the builder where they use our common passage for their purpose, they put garbage, having liquor during night time, the builder must run the basement for many functions, such as bethrotal, birthday, etc, we are flats owners being disturbed by heavy noise pollution, and unauthorized person entering our premises.. We don't know how the corporation given permission to run these function halls without any proper facility like parking, fire exit, no ventilation if any fire accident occurs, that too it's an 20year old building. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible... Thanks..

I am here by compliants againt the kerala vision cable operator named vishnu cables operators in kollam, paravur, kottuvankonam.
Most of the days there is no programs in the cable channels provided by the above named operators. If there is any possibilities of natural calamities like ligthning or thunder then there will not be any programs in the entire night and upto next day till noon. And they will not respond to any phone calls make.
I think the services of our near by asianet cable operator is far far better than this.

We are writing to you from H2, Gateway Apartments, 1st Avenue Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 600041. We, includes the Flat Secretary Mr. ND Raja, Treasurer - Mr. Nadhakumar, President - Mr. S Murugan on behalf of the 18 houses situated inside the H2 flat premises (Gateway Apartments).

We would like to bring to your kind notice that the Chennai Corporation, with the support of Chennai Police, has recently removed the entire unauthorized encroachments which is built on the footpath of the 1'st Avenue road (which is also called New Beach Road) on 05.03.2018.

Further to that incidence, we have sent an email to you on 15.03.2018, complaining that the vendors occupying our flat premises (private property) to keep their belongings.

On 19.03.2018, Police Patrol came back to warn the platform vendors not to keep their personal belongings such as Refrigerator, Bucket, Chairs, Tables, Water Containers, Distribution Counters inside the flat premises.

All the vendors have obeyed to the police warning and removed their belongings, except the Aavin Milk vendor, who is not ready to obey the police warning. Once the police have left, he is once again keeping his two Vapour-Compression Refrigeration machine (covered under brown sack) inside the flat premises. To the residents horror, he is running the shop from inside the flat premises.

Also, on behalf of all the residents at H1 and H2 Apartments, we would like to inform the corporation, we do not want the Aavin Milk shop anywhere near our flat premises. We have come to know that he is trying to apply for a license to set shop on the platform again. We urge the corporation not to give the law breaker a license here or anywhere.

In addition to this, We regret to say that there could be several discrepancies and serious transgressions on the part of some Government officials. At present, all the platform shops have returned to their old places on the platform. These shops are stationed at the same places from Morning to Midnight. Despite making several complaints, we feel that enough action was not taken by the Police Department and the Corporation officials.

Some of the incidences, which we residents witnessed after the footpath shops re-occupation on pavements, are as follows;

1. In front of the H1 apartment, there is a Fast Food shop where the illegal vendor culprit cooks and hangs a series of fried chicken, to the distress of the pavement commuters. He opens the shop at 6.00 PM (evening) and closes the shop around 11.00 PM (at Night). He has the luxury of doing this business on the footpath, at that open area where anyone can see, and has never been challenged by the power of law.

2. In the middle of the H1 and the H2 apartment, comes the Aavin milk and supplementary shop, he has further broken the apartment compound wall and widened the opening, and made that as his entry into the flat. Further to this, he has occupied some portion of the residents private property. Now, he is comfortably running his shop from inside the flat premises. This threatens the flat residents privacy and security. This shop is open from Morning 6.00 AM to Night 8.00 PM which is partially hidden behind the flat compound wall.

3. Paani Poori Shop - There is a Paani Poori (chat shop) on this Platform. We are able to see 2-3 North Indians standing at this shop every day. These people are nowhere connected to Tamil Nadu. We suspect that some anti-social elements from the local area might be behind this shop installation, on this platform. This shop is a permanently installed distribution bunker, and runs from evening 6.00 PM to Night 10.00 PM on all days. Out of this shop, they drop a large chunk of garbage on the platform to the pedestrians distress. Sometimes, we are able to these North Indians wandering inside our apartment premises. Hence, we are also worried that the presence of these North Indian migrants / strangers in front of our houses, could affect our security, since chances of their involvement in child trafficking, thievery, and burglary at South India are very high.

4. Vegetable Shop - Next comes the vegetable vendor in front of the H1 apartment, near to our entry gate. He occupies a large chunk of area on the platform. To his convenience, he has removed all the platform bricks, which was laid by the Chennai Corporation, whereabouts of those bricks are now unknown. You can see a Mini-truck type of vehicle (Ashok Leyland - TN 07 BP 5971, with the text Ganesh written in Tamil, on the forehead of this truck) always occupying and stationed on the road, always parked in front of the apartment. Flat residents are nowhere connected to this vehicle. The vegetable shop owner owns this vehicle. This shop actively runs from Morning 6.00 AM to Night 9.00 PM at the same place.

5. Raavuthar Chicken and Biriyani Center - This shop is most richest and actively running shop among all the other platform shops. The turnover of this biriyani shop in a month is to be roughly assumed and estimated as Rs. 1 Crore. They pay No taxes to anyone and chances o[censored]naccounted revenue are very high. It runs on the right end corner of the H2 apartment, near to the corporation garbage container. This shop is stationed at the same place. When we ask the biriyani shop to move the shop a little far so that we can easily drive through our car gate, the owner of that shop threatens us back saying that he is a lawyer. Such power vested law breakers. The Biriyani shop time is from Morning 12.00 AM to 3.00 PM Afternoon, and then from evening 6.00 PM to 9.30 PM Night. No custodian of law has questioned them till now.

Besides these four shops, there are series of many other Fast food and Biriyani shops, on the platforms, which are stationed before H3, and also before H4 Apartments also, to their respective residents' concerns. All these shops are being operated on all the days.

At present, all these shops have come back and remains at the same place, on the platforms. Out of these incidences, we are unhappy that there are mistakes are on the part of some Government officials who may have supported these platform shop vendors. We suspect that there could be a active continuous network between the platform shop vendors and some corrupt Government officials. Instead of regulating the Law, they act as a middlemen. At present, though some vendors pretend to run their business on a mobile vehicle, they go nowhere, they have stuck on to these platforms permanently. Hence, we would also like to request the Income Tax and Anti Corruption wing to look into these matters.

Unless or until the Police department undertakes a strict action on these offenders, they are not going to move out of this place. So we request to do the needful to restore the required and respected Law.

I was booking tickets (For 3 persons) for "peter rabbit' in cinepolis royal meenakshi mall on 7th april 2018 for 8th april 2018 show at 5.15 pm (Ist) in paytm app. I was able to do the booking via paytm. The transaction id in paytm is wallet txn id: [protected]. (Screen shot attached) the payment went successful and the money was deducted from my wallet. However, i was not able to get the confirmed tickets from cinepolis. The seats i had selected remained unbooked after the transaction.

When approached paytm to refund, they have directed me to reach directly to you. Please review the transaction and kindly refund the amount deducted to my wallet for the unsuccessful booking.

We reside in 3rd street, poompuhar nagar, kolathur, chennai 99. We face lot of issues with the dogs on street, there are as many as 10 dogs in street which chases the people traveling in vehicle's. Two small girls fell from bike and hurt yesterday because of the dogs and today we also faced the same issue while traveling woth family.

Request you to kindly take necessary action.

Hi, i'm living in mogappair west 4th block, there are many street dogs in my street nearly more than 20 to 30 dogs, some of the dogs are not in good health it has infection and its disturbing and while we are going in two wheel its suddenly attacking few people had fallen from bike because of it. We have more than 5 stray dogs in and around our house, it is very disturbing our routine life also doing dirty in front of our house on every day and it's making nuisance. We are having pets in our home, accidentally today one of the street dog injured my pet. Hence now fearing about their healthiness.

We request you to take immediate action and do the needful.

We are staying in isha gayatri, kolapakkam. There are many dogs roming here and there in and around our location. Because of that many accidents and dog bite incidents are happening here. My neighbour on the south side of my house has stared contructing his house. He is now started constrution of his columns. The columns on the north side o f his proposed house is next to my compound wall (There is no space between compound wall and his columns. The photos are attached.in spite of our appeal to him to shift the columns the construction has stared with more speed. Please do the needful immediatly.

Hi i m residing at alagiri nagar and andavar street in choolaimedu area for the past 5 years.in the recent day i m seeing lot of stray dogs being roaming around these areas and threatening the public. Small children s are being attacked. And in the night time very hard to walk even.

Please request to snatch the street dogs and take them away from the living areas of choolaimedu, kodambakkam vadapalani area.

There are about five to six street dogs, in a empty space which is protected by a compound wall in our street. They often bite small kids and chase school going kids and sometimes even elders. Our street is located in kolathur, opposite to bethel church. So please take necessary action and catch these dogs as soon as possible.

Hi sir,

Nearly 6 to 7 dogs from all over the streets gathering in empty land just opposite to my home with wounds and blood with tail cut dog giving more trouble by barking and blocking us not to cross the place... More over since it s an empty land people dumping all the garbages in name of giving food to street dog's.. Fly's and mosquito arising due to this.

Kindly send a dog catching van and take necessary steps asap.

Sir, my name is sivaraj. i am from ashoknagar. i have street dog problems in my street.while iam driving my bike in street the dog jump and byte me.two three time that will happen.today that dog is having more disease & become a rabies dog.the dog bytes two people today.one is child.we can't tolerate it . so, i request u to catch the street dog in my street as soon as possible. Sir,

Cat nuisance in our apartment vg vg flats 148 pillyar koillstreet, jafferkhanpet. Chennai 83. Please arrange to catch all the cats in our apartment.

Few cats at our apartments make too much sounds and daily on the staircase it passes urine and toilet and in front of doors. Also, it scratches vehicle seats and damages the car covers.
