Sir,

It is a matter of deep concern / importance that some illegal factories thar are working in residential areas are polluting these places and are becoming main cause of making it unfavourable for human being to live in an environment of peice. What these factories are doing here in residential areas while according to the laws no body has the right to violet the lawas by opening illegal factories in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violence.

Now coming to the point, i am a resident of kabir nagar delhi gali no 9, 33 futa road i am not mentioning my name and house no. Here as i want to keep my details confidential because i am a resident of this area and i may have quarrel with the concerned people if i expose my name here. Now coming to the problem, in this residential area some illegal factories (Garment machines gali no 9, 33 futa road kabir nagar delhi) are working freely. These factories are hampering the piece and environment of the place. People are sick of these factories as the workers in these factories work till 12:00 midnight to 2:00 am and some time the whole night. As the factories are situated in between the houses of common people, people near by are not able to sleep at night. Working machines make a huge noise that can be heard in the street from several meters away specially at night when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. Not only this but the people working in these factories are very rude and mis conducting. The owners of the factory live apart in silence and other people suffer because of them. While working during the day and night these workers listen to fm radio and tape recorders at a very high volume which makes it even more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around can not expect moments of piece. Also the harmful smoke of that emerges out from the welding machines makes the environment contaiminated. So we the people can not tollerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more.

All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action against such unauthorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell

This is a collective complaint by us the victims of these factories. Hoping to have a quick and strict action in this regard soon.

I am himanshu arora, resident in raghubar pura no-2, gandhi nagar delhi-31. I am concerned about the stary dogs in my locality. They are making living difficult here. The stray dogs barks a lot, sometimes whole night and we cannot step out of our house at night because there is a dog fight everytime.

One of the stray wild dog bit my brother while we were standing in the traffic. There are many stray dogs that are in that area and this is not the first incident that has took place in that area. I want to ensure no further incident take place and want that those dogs should be sterilize and vaccinate them. I want you take strict action against them. So, i request you to kindly take strict and appropriate action asap.

We are facing high level of air pollution in our locality which is in rama garden krawal nager delhi 94. There are many illegal air polluting factories and noise pollution factories near our houses. And steam of colouring dye released in air. The smell of burning plastic is in our houses due to which we are facing health issues. Many o[censored]s have complained regarding this but no action has been taken. We have seen police coming but they meet the landlords and leave. Its shameful to see after so many complaints no action has been taken. We are facing very severe health issues. Near by locals are complaining of vomitting and headaches. Please look into the matter. As this pollution can lead to slow death. I would be very grateful to you i[censored] please look into this and get these factories removed as they are completely illegal.

I am a resident of roshan vihar, part 2, najafgarh. The road outside our house is in pathetic condition since 2 years. Several time people visited the mla office, but no response.
Accidents are happening regularly due to harsh conditions of road. Moreover people are getting sick due to the mosquitoes and garbage around open and broken drains.
So, i am requesting you to build this road as early as possible.

Dear concern

This is to inform you that the no. Of street dogs are increasing day by day in our locality. Many small kids are threatened to go out of their houses.
It is very difficult to go out of our houses late night.
Whenever a vehicle passes by, 3-4 dogs chases the vehicle which may lead to an accident.
Many a times they have attached small kids and adults.
We request you to kindly look into this matter and depute your dog squad to catch these dogs.

I am manika sadh, resident house no-32 street no-2 shankar nagar, delhi-51. I am concerned about the dogs in my locality. They are making living here difficult. The stray dogs barks a lot, sometimes whole night and we cannot step out of our house at night because there is a dog fight everytime. I am a resident of b-6 block sector-8 rohini and there are almost 10-15 street dogs which i come across while going anywhere and they bark on each and every person of locality as if there next action is to bite the person i want these stray dogs to be out please help. Also last month one of them had bitten my younger brother which is not at all acceptable so i request you to please help me with this.

I am resident of e92, gali no. 12. Om vihar extension. Uttam nagar.
Garbage collector van not coming regularly in my area. It comes only 2 or 3 times in a month. The street cleaner has set contract with every flat of each building in gali for taking garbage daily on the rate of rs. 100 per month.
The street cleaner cleans the street on regular basis but the garbage van is not coming. Please look into this issue.

An unclaimed vehicle, i.e Hyundai I20 Magna no. DL7CJ9272 is standing in our colony opposite my house E 25 B, Vijay Nagar, Single Storey, New Delhi 110009 for the last 4 days. Vehicle doesn't even have back number plate, one of the glass window is half opened and it is very much dirty as if someone has abondoned it here. I've checkef online that it is on the name of some Nadeem Ahmed.
Please remove this vehicle from here at your earliest. Your quickest support will be appreciated as we're not getting space to park our own vehicle.

C complex are extended their boundarywall up to 6 ft. Side of the flat. The occupied road turn to inside of all flats, four wheelers cannot turn to the road to the area.

You are requested to take the immediate action against the occupier and remove the illegal wall as early as possible.

My name is yatin would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which dilshad garden, pocket - a, near greenway modern school areas people facing in these days. There are two mad street dogs in this pocket because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late night from my office and i have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to bite them and one lady was bite by the dog today.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on near by house and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

I m bhawishya reside in north west delhi. On 26/11/2019, i went to the government dispensary in rohini sec 21, it's an under instruction building still. I met doctor she asked politely and the registration desk's people was also nice and polite but the medicine distributor was so arrogant and rude. I gave him the prescription slip but he denied just because i was looking at my phone to answer a call even i told him "sorry, uncle important call tha". But he said "tujhe dawai ni dunga sarkari dawai h ye yha ek hi kaam hota." what does it mean?? To a common person.
Delhi government providing us this free service just because they promised us to win the election. It doesn't mean that you will show a pity on us or doing a favour to the people that you are giving free medicine. Delhi government can't recruit sophisticated person and literate people?
It's a request please do something, this is not right thing you are doing with public, providing free service and showing a favour. People who don't know what to do they are still bearing the behaviour or staff provided by delhi government to intract with local public

I would like to draw your attention towards the worst condition of cows in sadar bazar (Near pahar ganj), delhi - 110006 area.

Here we have numerous maybe 100 or above cows who are in very bad condition. Some people complained with mcd but mcd people capture and release the cows having done some settlement with cow mafia here. And therefore nobody complains about these cows now.

Please note :

- cows hardly have anything to eat.

- they are living life like hell.

- they bleed, groan, cry but nobody cares.

- cow mafias are exploiting these cows like anything. They milk them and leave them without feeding.

- the cows # anywhere which has become a sanitation issue as well.

Please find attached a video of cows made near bara tooti chowk, sadar bazar.

You can do a surprise visit here any moment to see yourself. I am certain you will turn into tears when you will see the real condition of these cows.

Would humbly request to capture all these cows and shift them all to some 'gau shala' asap.

I live in libaspur delhi. There is a factory behind my home and it runs continuously for 24 hours without any break. There is a lot of noise of favtory machines and exhaust fan coming to my house. The noise is very much at night and we are not able to sleep now. The factory produces crockeries set and sometimes the whit powder also comes through the factory.

I want to inform you about illegal factory is being run without any permission in residential area address is d-206a ganga vihar dlehi 110094, ground floor it is a approx 50 gaze factory having iron cutting big machine, welding machine drill machine, genset etc.., children and senior citizen are effecting by polluted air. By sound pollution as well as air polutiin it is a iron pipes and rodes cutting and welding factory being run in residental area which is harmful for human being. This factory looks normal from outside like a home. If you go inside ground floor you can see the reality of this factory. There is a big irom cutting machine which take high bolt electric power and pollute the air as well
Requested to please take action to seal the factroy asap.

We, the residents of vikas kunj, vikaspuri, new delhi-110018 would like to bring to your kind attention, the stray dog menace in our society. The population of stray dogs in our locality has steadily grown over the last
Few years and has reached a stage where it is impossible now to cross any intersection or lane without passing by a pack of barking ferocious canines. They are posing a health and safety hazard to the residents
Especially the children and senior citizens and the people living in the society are terror-stricken by these dogs. Several cases of dog bite have been reported and it has become extremely difficult for people to move
Around as the dogs bark aggressively or charge at them or try to attack them.

It is also most annoying and disturbing when these stray dogs start barking in chorus continuing for prolonged time at night robbing off slumber of the people. It is now of paramount necessity to get rid of these dogs
Immediately from this locality so that the residents living in this area can heave a sigh of relief.

Looking to the gravity of the situation i would request your good-self to take immediate remedial measures to rid this area from the obnoxious menace.

Your immediate action in the matter will be highly appreciated.
