Respected sir,

I wish to bring to your kind knowledge about the problem of missing drain slabs/covers around my house.
My house address is - b-143, second floor, freedom fighter enclave, neb sarai, saket, delhi-110068.

Due to these missing covers, the drains have become the breeding ground of various kinds of insects and the residents are at a risk of various kinds of diseases like dengue and malaria. The drain water sometimes overflows due to the waste accumulated in it.

Kindly take the required action at your earliest.

Sir/madam,
I want to complain about a factory running in residential premises as well as residential area in khajoori khaas. I am not sure weather they have license or not for doing this business but there work produces a lot of pollution as they manufacture electrical goods. I also want to draw your kind attention that e-waste is the major threat for the environment also stated by ngt, and there are very specific regulations for disposing e - waste. This manufacturing and the produced e-waste (Which is not disposed as per the regulations) is causing very serious problems to the nearby residents. The owner of this factory threaten the nearby residents many times. Please look into the matter as early as possible.

I am residence of f block east of kailash. From last month street dogs are biting people like any thing. Day by day case of dog bite is increasing in this area. Last week one of dog made same to my wife. Dog bite on leg very deeplyple. Because of that she is in pain till now. I request you to take the appropriate action against them as early as possible.

It is a matter to deep concern that illegal factories that are working in my neighbor these factory is a paint and using press power heavy machine who create lots of pollution and noise, vibration. By using heavy my house walls are break. Many times iam request with owner to shift it somewhere else but owner not take serious.
Kindly i hoping you take strict action in this regard soon.

I live in gali chabuk sawar, lal, kuan, delhi 6. There is an illegal factory in my gali. This creates lot of noise and vibrations for neighbours who are afraid to report but have confronted several times. This factory runs in night to evade government action. This is really really creating nuisance for many o[censored]s. Please take action for god sake. Landmark is opposite chhoti khirki. I am not mentioning my details as i fear that the person will avenge my actions.

I am resident of c block dayanand colony, lajpatnagar 4. I have complaint about disposal of garbage in our area. The garbage collector comes is a private one and takes rs. 150.00 but still is very irregular and comes late. I checked about the municipal garbage collection van, and found that the van comes very late also irregular.

Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter and provide a solution of door to door collection of garbage or make a designated place or place some outside dustbins so that we can put our garbage there.

I am from subhash nagar, 2nd block, on diwali 27th october an mcd van caught one dog (Street) who was totally dependant on us. Since then he is missing.
I checked with mcd they are saying mcd van was off on diwali so it could be a private ngo. I am not to able to find any contact.
Please! If you catch a dog for any reason then you should them at same locality.
When people and animals become so close to each other than authorities separate us. It's not right.
Please send him back we are really missing him and i am sure he would be feeling like an orphan.

The request is that i am a resident of durga park area and want to inform you that a person named bisambhar dayal in street number-14, whose address is rz-2f / 190 street number-14, illegally took his house from the balcony 5 feet is removed and ac outdoor is also placed on the balcony whose hot air comes directly into my house. We have not considered him many times but he threatens us with delhi police because he is posted in delhi police. I have a humble request from you, which bisambhar dayal has kept in the balcony of his house in a halfway street inadvertently. He should be dismantled as soon as possible and the person should be taken harshly.

Dear sir,

I want to complaint about an atta chakki which is being operated by a man and his wife in k-4/23a gali no. 5, bhagat singh chowk gangotri vihar, west ghonda, delhi, 110053. Due to the atta chakki there is lot of viberations in the walls of all the surrounding houses. They use exhaust fans to dispose atta particles and dust from their shop in to air. A lot of atta particles are disbursed in the air leading to air pollution as well as noise pollution. Whenever we try to ask the man & lady to stop this activity they try to get violent with us and starts crying and abusing. So many edmc officials know about this cause they arrive time to time in this area, but no one takes action about this illegal activity. Please help in stopping this illegal activity so that we the residents of gangotri vihar, bhagat singh chowk can stay in peace.

In rajpur khurd extension, chhattarpur, garbage van driver comes on not daily basis but he misbehaved today with the old lady who is my mother and he doesn't stop his car at the door but takes it away from the home that there is no point that an old lady will go far to drop the garbage in the van. When she stopped and told him why doesn't he stop there, he said i can't stop at every door step but my point is what is the use when he is passing by our door and doesn't even stop?? While during deepawali, he and his mate whosoever was there were asking for diewali bakshish then they used to stop the van at the doorstep???

I am attaching his car pics and his van number is dl-1l y 4592. He even took our house photo from his mobile and don't know what purpose he took our house picture?
Can any one take the stern action against the driver please? So that he doesn't misbehave in future.

Complaint against sewer blockage
I would like to drawn ur kindly attention towards the inconvenience faced by the residents of holambi khurd near dird college of sewer blockage and the not cleaning the drainage by ur appointing person. Periodically you can see backflow of sewer in this narrow lane, leaving no option but to cross it while sinking your feet in it. Not surprising residents often complain of clogged drains and sewer backflow. But the authorities have not paid any heed to the new requirements of the street and to solve the problem permanently. Requesting the authorities to take appropriate measures to control it. Im also complained it from last 15 days to till now. But we are not get positive response from the authorities.

Out side of our premises one unauthorize construction is happening. They have broken the wall, stairs & extended the stairs by joining Iron Garters of 1.5mtr. This is happening from the past 1 month & many times complaints have done but there is no response from MCD side.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am residing at C-29, Street No.4, North Ghonda, Delhi-110053. Our Street cleaning is not done here and one day i found one street cleaner and asked him that why he is not coming daily to clean the streets, he told me that " madam jab jis gali ka order milta hai waha safai karne chala jata hoon". One more thing i came to know that my opposite street is cleaned everyday ... and its because a party member stays there. The garbage Van is also not coming daily to collect the garbage. I already complant to Mrs. Rekha Tyagi (Chancellor) but no action taken by her. In a week it keeps on leave for approx 4 days. and only three days it comes to collect the garbage. Each and every person is frustrated but no one is coming in front to make the complain. Kindly take appropriate action to make our Delhi clean and green.

I have complained earlier on january 13, 2018 regarding this issue.in the top of 1819 dhaula complex, uday chand marg, kotla mubarakpur, new delhi this building without any clearance or authorization certificate there is an illegal construction going on fifth floor for the setting up a huge mobile tower. All the residence are against it and had complained many times. Earlier when we have complained action was taken but one tower which is continuously in operation has not been removed. Only towers which were installing with new setup was removed. We complained it many times again with mcd but no action has been taken yet. We have lodged a fir also.
