Dear sir,
*this is regarding mcd application #14820 (E-change of taxpayer name)
*mcd grievance# [protected]

We have a freehold dda flat in shalimar bagh which was issued to my mother in 1981 by dda.
She did the registered will of this flat in the name of my wife and me and she died this year on 21st june'19.
As per the process, i upload all the required documents in the mcd website for e-change of taxpayer name and provided all the hard copies as required by them.
One official sitting there (At keshav puram office) ask me to pay rs 25000/- if i want the smooth transfer of my files and told me that if i don't pay they will put some hold on my file and i'll have to keep on visiting mcd for years to come.
Now, even though we have complete up to date property tax receipts till date and the website shows no outstanding, they say that property tax should be calculated based upon date of possession instead of the date of construction (Even there own form say it should be from the date of construction).
Secondly, in case of inheritance and as per there website requirement i have uploaded all the documents, and they want "family declaration document" when i ask them that it is not mentioned on their website they say we have nothing to do with the website.
I have lodge grievance at mcd website as well with grievance # [protected] however no action is taken on that too.

We live in sheikh sarai phase 1, sfs flats, south delhi. Every night street dogs continuously bark and disturb residents sleep. There are so many street dogs and barking is continuous and very loud after midnight till 4am. It's not letting us sleep, kids schools get impacted. We need your urgent attention to take immediate action as the barking dog's affects everyone in the neighborhood.

(A high mast light installed in rupali enclave, near mahalaxmi apartment complex, kanjhawala road, north west delhi, pin - 110081 is non functional since last 2 months and due to this large area of it's periphery is dark in night. Moreover, early in the morning at 6.00 am when students of the area have to board their school van to go to school, it is very dark which may causes dog bite. It is requested to rectify the fault as early as possible) still waiting for response, till date no one from mcd bother to rectify this high mast light and status of complain is resolved. With deep regret.

I am a resident of a-2/179 paschim vihar new delhi, wants to complain regarding the sweeper not performing his duties properly. We keep on telling to clean the garbage collected in front of our house but he don't listen even after telling him again n again. Please look into the matter and assign any worker that can perform his duties properly or take strict action against the sweeper

Sir garbage van is not coming in c block gali no 1 sangam vihar new delhi-10062 from 6-7 days. I did complaint through call but they said tomorrow will come but the garbage van didn't come. Now they said garbage van will come on monday. 10 days is a very big time gap.
Please solve this problem in my area as soon as possible.

I had complaint to bses about street light ide compl no [protected] dt 24.10.19, they camed checked and said its work of mcdas sodium lights are under them for replacement.
Why 2 agencies involved for one work.
Can it be rectified as darkness are inviting people to drink and then break the bottles which is dangerous for all.
Why such services are played as football.
Why cant both the agency coordinate in the interest of citizens.
How we are aware whose work is this as with logic electeicity is part of bses then why mcd is also i volved in such wirk. Hope appropriate will look i to it and get it resolved immediately in the interest of citizen. Thanks.

I am a resident of Tri Nagar, Delhi. In my street, there is a big problem of street dogs. They bite people and kids are afraid to step out. Even I am affected by this problem and as I also have a fear of dogs, the situation is very hard for me. Please take an action against this so that the residents dont get feared to go outside and carry on with their routine work.

Hello sir i live in gardhi, east of kailsh, the sewer in front of my house is getting clocked day by day and also someone is also constructing their house just opposite to the sewer which lead their debris to enter into the sewer and making the situation more worse which couses dirty water to flow in my home it is really uncomfortable to live in this condition i request you to please take some actions against it. At ground floor at h. No 24 east punjabi bagh delhi 110026 a person has opened a illegal shop of lpg gas filling. We have asked many times to the person his name is shri krishna, to close the shop from this place. My father died due to lpg gas issue.

He doesn't have fire safety certificate.

Please take necessary action against him

This govt sarvodaya co ed vidyalaya situated in new multan nagar, ward no no 66. It is stated that mcd garbage vehicle is not picking up garbage from this school and denying stating that your govt school does not comes under mcd and this mcd vehicle will only pick up garbage from mcd schools where as honorable court already issued guidelines and decision. Many times spoken to mr suresh kumar, supervisor of area and mr rk sharma, inspector of the area but in vain. Dump increasing day by day. Keeping in view health issue of student of the school, please instruct concerned staff to send vehicle to school to pick up garbage on priority and in future also provide vehicle time to time.

अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि गली में ठीक से सफाई के लिए उपयुक्त जमादार नियुक्त करे जो कि प्रतिदिन कूड़ा भी उठाए और गली में झाड़ू भी लगाए
इस क्षेत्र के लोगों के स्वास्थ्य की चिंता करते हुए कृपा करते हुए आप शीघ्र ही उस इलाके के निरीक्षक को निर्देश दे दें कि यहाँ सफाई का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाएा

I am writing to address an issue of illegal construction that has recently happended at b3/65, paschim vihar, new delhi-110063. The property has been rebuilt by a builder and they have extended the front and back space by more than allowed limit in order to get more space. Not just that, they have also fitted tiles at the back in the extended area.

Please take action as relevant.

I would like to inform you that an illegal mobile tower is installed at 1576/4, arthala, mohan nagar, ghaziabad adjacent to my house.

I want to tell you that tower is installed in our place. Me and surrounding people are living there, they only want to please kindly shift this tower from given place to other places. These towers are installed in residential area, this is also very near school, hospital, is living around there. Many old people already have health problem, if this tower will setup in this location, this will more affect these people. These electromagnetic rays are very harmful for these small school children and hospital patients etc. This is very near on side of busy road. These also not following rules of tower installation guide. If these towers will success to setup there then in future various diseases like cancer, tumor, birth defect etc will comes in to existence. We people again kindly request to you, shift this tower installing into another place. Please help for at least small children and hospital patients.

My family and i suffering from headache and other health problems due to running 24 hours its generator/ motor. So, it is generating vibration/radiation due to this reason our children could not concentrate on their studies and other family members are not able to live their healthy life.

We are residing at rohini sector 3b-9, near ramlella park. We are facing troubles from street dogs, they run after children and two wheelers and often children get hurt while they start barking and running after them
