There is a cigarette shop that is open inside a residential colony b268 derawal nagar that creates ruckus and due to the shop open in a residential building the residents suffer due to the smoke. Im not sure if the shop is an authorised shop by mcd. Please look into the matter and i request you to check if the shop should be open in the area or not.

I am a resident of srinagar near shakurpur. There is a electrical shop in my street named nanak electricals. The address of the shop is wz 619, ground floor, srinagar near shakur basti, delhi 34. Every morning i go to my office in my car. I have a car parking in my house. I have to cross my street in my car to be on the main road to my office from my house parking. Due to that electrical shop, there always remain blockage in the street because of the two wheelers parking of the customers of the shop and it get very tough to make way through the street.

So kindly make a helpful step regarding this issue

My name is naved alam. My address is r-208/2 backside lane no 4 sir syed road near aggarwal sweet's jamia nagar okhla -110025. There is one dog in my street who used to go to the back post to bite the gathering people so far, so far more then 20 people's have been bitten by this. It mostly falls behind the children. The reason that the children has been scared to go out of the house, is pleading with you to solve this problem as soon as possible by sending the dogs to catchers immediately.

There is lot of garbage, construction / renovation remains and other rejected articles are being thrown regularly outside our houses and nobody cleans or picks it up which has created huge pile up of garbage creating serious health hazards.

Also mcd staff is not regular in j-12 block for road cleaning on regular basis and most of the time they also dont pick their collected dump which they deliberately keep as it outside our houses so that they can earn extra tip for picking up their own dumped waste. Pls look into the matter as our children and ladues are suffering due to this.

Dear sir,
I have a commercial vehicle and have rfid tag for the same. My lorry had rice loaded and there is no green tax on rice. So i recharged my tag of and was supposed to get refund of rs.2600. It’s been 3 days i haven’t got my refund & i’ve been complaining continuously on tollfree numbers and they had given me numbers to contact further, but there is no response, some of are not picking up the calls and some numbers are not reachable. They are just passing on and not resolving the issue. I can send you the builty as an evidence.

Hii im keshav here put up at 498 hardev puri gautam nagar 110049 iam writing this complaint because of some people they are trying to make personal parking on the place of government road where everyone use to park their car if free space is there but because of few elements like rakesh saini [raju] who is having a car repair shop infront of the road so he park his car in the diagonal way and occupy 2car space and 1scooter diagonally to make his brother car park there only when they return from their respective office and 1more boy named gaurav has occupied the road by placing chain making a square so that he can park there only
So it is my humble request from mcd please make these guys understand that this is not there places and who so ever come first have the right to park his or her car
I will be very thankfull to you if you give your precious time on my difficulties

This is to inform you that i m the resident of 5/455, mohalla maharam, pandav road, near vishwas nagar, shahdara. The numbers of dogs in our street have been increasing rapidly and these posses many problems for local people. They always bark on people and many are bitted. Generally these dogs, you can see lying on the street and they make their victim the entire people especially children pass from them. I have fallen from the scooty two times as well and recently one of my family member is a victim of a dog bite in his leg and seriously injured in right hand due to dis balance of bike. So i humbly request you to please pay attention on my complaint and instruct the concern team to provide solution for the problem once forever

Sir kindly give me your support to get rid off terror of street dog.
My self sudhanshu lives in 242 vasudha appartment sector 9 rohini new delhi. There is 3 dog lives in our society but one dog named rakes. Is very crual every time. Always run on kids and bark and every week bite one kid. All clilderns always lives fear with dog. Every person who lives in our society alwayes complain to dog. Naw it is out of control. Please get the dog out of our childerns. Which they can play at park. And can play without fear of dog.

It has become a routine affair that switching on & switching off the entire rows of led street lights in our area are done "at will" by the linemen. Most often these lights become off, leaving entire areas in pitch dark. If it rarely is switched on in evening, by the time of mid-night these are switched off. It is obvious, that these street lights are switched-off intentionally, thus giving access to theft or criminal incidences. Now it has become a routine affair. Kindly make a surprise visit and see for yourself that how the linemen are indulge in such a dubious means of switching off lights at mid-night.

Matter serious, please awake and initiate action to avoid any mishap.

There is more then 40 street dogs in 100 mtr. Radios of our area also a mad dog who has bited tree kids as of now.

Our children are in big troma and fear to go in street or park. Please remove these dogs.

Aprt from street dog there is more then 20 pet dogs whose owners use to bring them is parks and let them # everywhere and bother playing kids.

Complaint against broken drainage/sewer blockage and very bad road/street
I would like to draw ur kind attention towards the inconvenience faced by the residents of sant nagar, burari, gali no. 22, b block of broken sewer blockage and the not cleaning the drainage by ur appointing person. Street crossing rani public school, sant nagar, upto gali no. 22, b block is broken from many years and crossing pulia of gali no. 22 is totaly broken. Many times accidents have taken place there. Two times i with my daughter have felled in drainage starting the galin no. 22, rani public school side. Not surprising residents often complain of clogged drains and sewer backflow. But the authorities have not paid any heed to the new requirements of the street and to solve the problem permanently. As i’m writing this, we are facing requesting the authorities to take appropriate measures to control it and order to construct the pulia of gali no. 22 and 23.. I have also complained regarding this earlier but no action has been taken.

At s-573, school block (Part ii), shakarpur, delhi 110092 builder/owner is constructing more than 16 flats in 200 sq. Yards plot and enhancing building chhajja too much and covering neighbors property illegally. Many requests has been made to builder/owner but they are not stopping illegal construction and very fast constructing the building.in this connection on 30 september 2019 at 5.35 a. M many police calls made on 112/100 for stopping this illegal construction and police asked builder to not construct/enhance chhajja of the building but builder continuously constructing the building without any fear.in this regard written complaints also submitted to edmc dy. Commissioner office on 30/9/2019 and 9 october 2019 but still no action has been taken and builder threatening to complaining neighbour.

Kindly take action to stop this illegal construction going on at s-573, school block (Part ii), shakarpur, delhi -92 (Shahdara south zone, edmc) builder is mr. Roop singh choudhari and owner is mr. Anil tyagi s/o late sri ved prakash tyagi. Its a collaboration construction and arise lot of problems later on.

Subject : complaint against the rwa of b-2 block janakpuri for illegally closing the block enterarnce gates in day hours.
Immediate relief desired by opening of the closed gates.

As per telephonic discussion with sh ashok kumar (Ee) over the subject cited above, it is respectfully again submitted that, i vibhor kumar, a resident of b-2/ block, janakpuri, would like to draw your attention towards an illegal practice of closing the block gates throughout the day thereby not allowing any traffic movement, they are closed by applying a metal lock with keys in private captivity with rwa.

Gate no. 6 is closed as mentioned above.

It is evident and known to all stake holders that no such activity is allowed. There are clear guidelines as issued by mcd supported by various high court judgments as such practice of closing the block gates during the day hours is illegal and any person or entity doing so is subject to liable for necessary action.

It is requested to kindly take an action immediately and open the gates from 5:am to 11: pm.

We would like to draw kind attention of delhi government and mcd department of south delhi that at house no. - 98/2, chirag delhi, new delhi-110017 (Near ravidas mandir), vinod and pramod owner of house no 98/2, chirag delhi, new delhi-110017 is constructing a building with 5th floor with lower quality of material and this can be so dangerous it can break down any time. They have also encroach the land in tha gali with more than 3' feet and also extended their balcony (Chajja) of more than 4' feet for making bathroom and toilets on it. We are surprising that even a mcd officer or any police man did not come to see this construction. So it is our humble request to stop this unauthorized construction before a tragedy ocurred.

Can you please resolve issuer of road and Sewage maintenance on the road connecting Kamruddin Nagar to najafgarh road via Water Treatment plant.

No one is taking care of the road from long time.

It is very uneasy to commute on the road due to this. Eben small vehicles fell and people are getting injured.

Complaint has already been filed still nothing improved.

Please look into the matter.

Street vendors in our area mahipalpur road no 1 near luck residency hotel creates a lot of problem to all people and there is massive traffic because of them. they harm the environment by throwing garbage and are using plastic bags and throwing garbage in the sever and due to which blockage is there. They are creating air pollution and if some one say they abuses with them.

Street vendors in our area Mahipalpur road numbers -1, near luck residency hotel blocks traffic . They creates a lot of problems for the residents and also to the environment as they burn fire for there hookahs. They also throw their waste and garbage in the streets which leads to blockage of the drainage system.They also are indulged in some illegal sale of alcohol. They stay here whole night. They also create a lot of havok.

Due to increse in traffic day by day, there is a road jam. Shopkeepers shorten the way further. There are pits on the entire rajapuri road from uttam nagar east to madhu vihar. Please do as much work as you have filed. Thank you

We have made a complaint some days ago to mcd to catch the stray dogs creating mess in our society, they came and just catch 1 out of 8 9 dogs and also freed that one after a distance and that returned to our locality. This is a complaint to take serious action against as they are getting salary without doing any work. They are misusing citizens tax payments.

I have requested many times please remove your concrete bag inside your house. They said what is your problem this is my area i want to put here and this is not your business.
