There is an unauthorised construction going on in roshanara road, gali thane wali which is a residential area. Here house number 3630 have built fourth floor which is illegal without taking any permission from concerned authority.in order to hide their construction they got the newly built floor constructed and painted in night so that no one could claim that has been built recently. However it is a serious threat for the neighbours as no proper plan has been made for the floor and no safety measures have been taken. Hope that you will take action soon otherwise you will be responsible for any mishappening in future.

I am a resident of ba 69 b janak puri new delhi-110058. The water quality of this area is too much dirty because of which drinking water, or even washing hands with that water is not possible at all and this has been happening for the last few months. I believe there is some pipe leakage underground because of which all this happening. Please come to our area and get it checked and fix it asap.

A dog from our society at jankpuri C2C pocket 12, has been picked up on 30.5.2019 morning. I have personally visited your MCD office, Rajouri Garden and Sanjay Vernity Hospital. I also visited NGO/dog catcher located at Tilangpur Kotla, Brijwasan and Najafgarh but I can't find my dog till now. It has been five days, he is a brown and white stray dog, and is a year and a month old only, he's very dear to my children, and it's one of the reasons why we are trying so hard to get it. He doesn't bites nor barks often. We have tried to contact many MCD office but didnt get a satisfactory response yet. I hope you find him or inform us about this stray dog.

My shop is in kinari bazar, chandni chowk delhi-110006, jain gota store, 2041. Gutter in front of my shop is choked and overflowing also stinking too much making us impossible to sit in my shop and also effecting the customers and is also health hazardous. My request to you is to get it cleared as soon as possible.

I am a resident of the 519/18 street no. 3, vijay park maujpur new delhi-110053 people are facing the problem because of 2 tramp dogs. They have become very dangerous for our society as they started attacking & biting the passerby every day. They have attacked more than 30 people in few days. They run towards motorbike which leads to many fearsome in the area. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is a headache as a person who live in this worst situation.

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

Hi,
We are resident of prem nagar najafgarh, new delhi-43. Our mischievous neighbors have been harassing us since past 5 months due to construction in their house. We have always been supportive even when they were putting raw construction materials on road, we were facing difficulty due to the only entrance to our home in that narrow street.

But now they have exceeded their limit. Just for a couple of days when we were not at home, they constructed their sewage gutter up to a height of 3 ft above from ground level. Since then we are facing so difficulty.
My mother is suffering from arthritis, she cannot always jump to go to our house, and we have been parking our bike outside at the corner of the road, where it's not safe for overnight.

We requested them to lower the height of gutter to the road level, but they started using abusive language.

Here we request you to kindly demolish this heightened sewage gutter asap. We are being harassed in a way, my whole family is suffering.

Honorable sir/madam, the road is in such a bad shape that commuting daily is next to impossible. Present shape is so pathetic but still local people have no choice except putting their lives & dear ones in danger. Monsoon season is coming which will make this stretch more vulnerable. Most of the local authorities knows it but have no answers only give fake assurance will be sorted out soon. We as citizens of india have the right to have proper basic civic amenities. Please do something as early as possible. Will any civic authority take responsibility if any causality occurs?" it is just a matter of will to work to give people the right what they deserve. We are the residents of b 102, sainik nagar, uttam nagar, bear nawada metro station. There are many pigs in our area, they are very dirty and nonsense, there are two people of our street are suffering from seine flu due to these smelly pigs, they close our drainage water lines,
Pl take immediate action to remove them.

In my colony a mad dog cutting and snatching many persons, and hurted many. I fear of safety for me and my family. This dog is a threat to the persons living in colony.. The dog have wormed wound and is frestering which is very harmful for the society and may be people get sick by it. Few hours ago the dogs catches two small child and one of them is my small brother of age 9 years old. There are 9 or 10 dogs in our street and they always catch or run after child and people which are going from near them. They all biting people day by day and this matter is increased in our street number-5 so much

I am a resident of b 28 raju park devli road khanpur and observed the hazardous waste has been dump on continuous basis on the main road of the colony at front of my premises, due to regular dumping of waste to the area it is now seems like an area of waste disposal, the waste stink so badly as the stick reached to our house and kids got affected due to that. We have a kid of 2 years to whom we restrict even to stand on balcony due to so heavy stink and poisonous mosquitoes from the waste.

I don't know why these illiterate people through the waste on the road as the facility of collection of waste from home is available in the colony.

This practice needs to be stopped immediately to avoid more hazardous issues to the society.

The roads in our locality have not been repaired for a long time. There are pits and ditches on the roads everywhere. The condition of the road becomes all the worst during the rainy season. They cause road accident. At night people sometimes stumble down. Moreover, these pits provide breeding ground for the mosquitoes. Thus there is an outbreak of mosquitoes in the locality leading to the spread of malaria. I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to mend the ways so that people of the area have good roads.

I, rohit malhotra, from 17/132, geeta colony near laxmi narayan mandir, would like to bring kind attention to many dogs bitting incidents happening in my colony.

The dogs has bitten many outsiders including kids and its very difficult for outsiders like friends or any relative to come/go at night and recently dog has bitted my brother when he came from his office at 11 pm.

Kindly do the needful as situation here is deteriorating.

Sir,
I want to present my burning problems below and request your help to overcome the harassment i face.
Aamir khusro nagar, there is a dumpyard on the near alvi chowk, along with a street, which is the property of the municipal corporation. Now the person living on the subject address encroached the extra space and the business of the drug is doing it on the spot.
Although the people tried to convince him that the place he encroached, he belongs to the area of the corporation and is not ready to listen to other members of the society, who also tried to explain.
At this situation, i request the concerned authority to take legal action against the removal of encroachment for the removal of illegal possession of property of nagarpalika and thus to prevent unnecessary harassment of others, to prevent the claim of your illegal ownership.
Hope you will help the needy with immediate effect, which will help us to avoid other encroachments in our area.

In my area which is palam extension 2, near ramphal chowk, dwarka sector 7, south west delhi. Earlier on road there was no facility for waste to be disposed but last year many dustbins were made blue and green ones on both side of road. But in few months most of them were destroyed mostly burned by someone. And the few which are left are in broken condition. When people use them for dumping waste shop owners near them threat the common people that if they will do that they will be beaten. They are stopping people to use dustbins and threatening them.

Hi sir/madam,

My name is harish grover would like to bring your kind attention on the problem near y 808 roshi nagar rani bagh delhi-11034 in this areas people facing in these days. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late night from my office and i have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

Sewage of 52 block service lane which is shared with ramjas school no.5 is badly blocked from past 2 weeks, it is now flushing sewage back in our houses, which is creating a lot of bad smell and fear of deseases, kindly take action as as possible to prevent outbreak of deseases, it is also effecting quality of supply water as it is contains bad odour, kindly take necessary action.

Two wheeler dealers balaji motors are covering the whole footpath, and creating issues for residents and even general public cannot walk on footpath due to display of there vehicles.more than 80%road block at house no.A192 lajpat nagar-1, and they are doing repairg of motorbikes on roadside also creating air and noise pollution, pl take strict action to remove encroachment.
