Respected Sir,
Panchvati is the first elder care home in India that is offering option for short and long stay for senior citizens . We also have a physiotherapy center and Day Care center for Alzeimers and Dementia patients, a program sponsored by HelpAge India .
Our Home is being run on a not-for-profit basis.
We had received the approval way back in 2013 for creating a small parking space of about 5 cars dedicated to Panchvati .
Enclosed please find copy of the “No Objection” letter from RP cell after their survey, along with site map .

We have been requesting for a yellow line to be marked so we can have a dedicated parking which will help elderly persons, primary caregivers of people with dementia being dropped for day care, as well as various people coming for physiotherapy .
This will really ease their problem .
Hence, it is requested that our aforesaid parking space may kindly be demarcated with yellow line.
An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated .

Dear sir / ma'am,

Since last year, residents of Mahaveer Enclave Part 1 are facing a common problem during the rainy season. It seems the drains are not carrying rain water effectively and everytime it rains, the water seeps inside the basements.

It may tamper with the structural integrity of the buildings in the long run whereas still water may give rise to health hazards. Battle against dengue and malaria are Delhi govt. flagship compaigns but the rain related issues may deter the well intentioned compaign as well.

Requesting the concerned dept. / person to kindly do the needful. Kindly make sure that rainwater is properly channelized via drains. May be they are clogged and require cleaning. In the past, this area has witnessed construction of multiple drains and sewer but the problem seem to have arisen after their construction only.

Kindly take quickest action. Thank you.

I'm Tapan from khajoori khas C-225 gali no. 23 Main Market. I want to complaint about Garbage Vehicles. Garbage Vehicles are not coming to in our locality. Due to this we are unable to dump our Home's waste and the smell coming from is intolerable.
I request to authority. please try to take action against the person who is not doing his work.

A santro car left by the owner parked at footpath in front of his flat/kothi since 2 year is having registration number of more than 15 year. He has rented out his flat to some tenant but left his santro car parked out his his house addressed C-6B/4, Mall road block C-6B Janakpuri . DL4C S 9821. Kindly make complaint to mcd to lift the vehicle. I want my name to be anonymous, thus be kept secret including mail-id

I am a resident of Dwarka, Sec 7, Dada Dev Colony. This is to inform you that our area is facing a problem of water logging due to rain.

There is no proper drainage system. 'Gutters and nalis were half build and it's been a one whole year that the work is not complete yet. The drainage and road water is entering our houses and the foul smell of that is making it more difficult. The situation is getting worse day by day and there are no proper actions from the local authorities.

I request you to kindly look into this matter as it is a serious concern. Kindly coordinate with other departments and ask them to complete the work of this drainage system and sort other solutions.

In our colony on the roof of extended portion of Flat No. 441, KG-2 Block, Vikaspuri, New Delhi, mobile towers of JIO and VI mobiles are installed. The owner of Flat No. 441 has illegally installed these towers on the roof of third floor (extended portion). These towers are installed at very low height which may cause serious health threat to residents of these colony. No approvals have been taken from residents of ground and 1st floors as well as neighbours. There is a govt. school within prescribed limit by DoT and there are senior citizens, pregnant women and infants living in this society therfore we the residents of KG-2, Vikaspuri, New Delhi request you to take action and remove the mobile towers.

A 18 year old car is parked on public land just to occupy the space . Car is not movable. Car Registration number is DL4CAE3528 Toyota. It is parked out side on road by L-10 ground floor occupant Rajiv Oberoi. As per NGT rule vehicle more than 15 years old cant run or parked on public land in Delhi . Please remove and impound the vehicle at earliest .

मीट का मालिक गलत ढंग से पानी का बोरिंग भी करा रखा है ।
श्री मान जी से पार्थना है की मीट की दुकान बंद कराने की कृपा करे i जिससे कालोनी के लोगो को सकून से रहने में शांति मिल सके ।

This is to inform you that our parking are in miserable conditions. It makes it even more worst in this seasons. As everyone knows, mosquitoes are causing a lot of diseases and even in my family the bad smelling water has caused diseases. We are taking all the precautions to be safe and be hygienic. There's no space to even put your feet on the parking. We are being forced to wet our feet while walking and come back home smelly. Everyone in our building are frustrated due to the bad smelling water and mosquitoes. I hope you all understand it and will try the every way possible to solve it.

nilothi extn New Delhi 110041. There is a seaver line in our street, it is leaking from somewhere and the dirty water is adding in our drinking water pipe line from last one week. Due to this problem so many issues we are facing and many desease are spreading.. all activities which is related to drinking water is stopped due to seaver's dirty water, So i am requesting you to please resolve this problem as soon as possible

Hi,
I am a resident in Lajwanti Garden, i would like to make the complaint of a lady who cleans our gali but gather all the garbage in front of our gate and it stay there for around 3-4 days and other nearby people also through garbage there only. When I tried to tell her not to gather garbage there she told me "ser pr rakh lu kya aur kr do jisko complaint krni hai". Please see and resolve this issue i have a small kid and lot of insects and smell is there. Please please please help..

Manyavar, D-block, Dayalpur, Ambedkar Dharamshala, due to rain, too much water has accumulated in the drain. It has been a long time since this water has accumulated. Due to which there is a lot of problem due to the presence of mosquitoes and kite insects in the accumulated drain water. Due to this accumulated water, problems of diseases like Chikungunya, Malaria, etc. are arising. It is requested to Mr. ji that this dirty water should be cleaned and that Dharamshala should be sanitized.

Sir I am living in 103/13 sector 1 Pushp vihar saket and whenever the water goes from our balcony thorough pipe get stuck in the main drainage hall and comes our from there . Please make it clean as soon as possible . It smells hard and improves the presence of mosquitos and bees . It really helps i[censored] take action over it .I m attaching photos too.

The door to door garbage collector charges rs. 100 from all the permanent residents of Amar Colony and Old double storey.

However I stay on rent. When I was staying at Old double storey this garbage collector charged rs. 150 from me as I was living in rent.

Now when i shifted to Amar Colony, D Block she is charging rs. 200/-. When i said I will pay rs. 150/- she is not collecting our garbage and asking for 200 rs only.

Please look in to the matter and provide us a garbage collector at D 18, second floor, D block, Amar colony.

Please fix a uniform rate, if any, for everyone without any discrimination.these garbage collector work on their terms and conditions. They need to be fixed right.

As per MCD the door to door garbage collection is free however these garbage collector. Make money by taking any amount they like

Dear sir, we are having problem with monkey menace in our area. On daily basis the group of monkeys are came and trouble us for come out with our homes. Request you to please support us to get rid from these monkey menace at our area.

Dear Sir,

1a. I and my old mother are staying at C 77 Neeti Bagh New Delhi-110049, falling under Hauz Khas, South Zone. The garbage collector of our area is not doing his job properly. We both are old and keep our garbage after a out 6-7 days outside our house near the tree, for clear visibility. Even then it is not collected on a regular basis. Our reminder to supervisor Mr. Anil Kumar phone number [protected] has not produced any results. The garbage has been lying uncollected since the last five days (5) now.

b. To make matters worse, the road sweeper, picks up the garbage bag from under the tree and opens the bag and scatters its' contents outside our gate repeatedly. Instead of keeping the place clean, he amplifies our suffering by making the place more dirty and unhygienic.

2a. We pay our taxes on time. Even then we are being treated in this manner by MCD staff including the garbage collector, road sweeper and their supervisor, Mr Anil Kumar.

b. By their intentional non actions', we wonder if they are trying to force us to pay them money, in order for them to perform their job, for which they get salary from the government.

c. We sincerely hope, wish and pray that MCD ought to consider seriously, whether such non performing employees should continue to be employed by them any longer, or not?

3a. Several times, we have requested the supervisor, Mr. Anil Kumar, to get the drain outside our house clean, as it gets filled up with leaves and other garbage items thrown by drivers' parking their cars outside our house.

b. Our requests' have not yielded any results' so far. This is monsoon season and it is essential that cleanliness be maintained at all costs by the MCD staff.

c. Could you please look into the issue and take necessary action against the concerned staff at the earliest?

Respected sir mam, we live in LIG MOLARBAND 4th floor, on our balcony side there is the railway track that is not in use from some years, the land is used by a big person for keeping sand, and building material. That is not our concern but from one month I saw some people level the area well by throwing waste material from across the city that smell a lot, but from 3 to 4 days some people are throwing dead pigs here and it is the thing that is of concern as it is rainy season and the dead bodies will smell more. Please help us with that.
