This is convey that i filed complaint at mcd phone dated 16/2/19regarding 10 to 15 dogs in our pocket/socitey (Everest appartment pocket a3 kalkaji ext new delhi 19) as they not only dangerous to people. They have biting the children and even young peoples regularly but mcd had never responded. This has been very frustrating and pathetic. Mcd should be dissolved!

I have hard copy of complaint in which 90 family had sign on that complaint letter

If it is not resolve with in 2weeks then i will file an case against mcd

Respectfully i beg to say that i am a citizen of sadh nagar part-2 s. T no. 26 behind the gargi appartment. There is a dog in our street who is very dangerous. It bites to people of our street daily. Previous day my mother was bitten by this dog. Sir please take a strict action againt it.

Dear sir/ma'm

This is to bring to your consideration that stray dog menace in our area that is east rohtas nagar near canara bank is at an all time high. There is a big no. Of stray dogs roaming around freely in our area, which is not a problem in itself is that they have become huge and dangerous and is malevolent towards humans and pets except for a few people who feed them. These dogs run after children and chase two-wheelers ferociously trying to grab the leg of the driver. If one tries to scare them the people who feed them come to their rescue saying it is their "ilaka" which is frustrated. Please answer please shed some light, are these colonies for humans or for these savage dogs?


I hope to receive an appropriate response to this and request you to capture each and every one of them to ensure human safety.

I mehak batra, a resident of pandav nagar want to complain about the increasing no. Of dogs in street-7 of f-block. People are very annoyed with continuous barking and breeding of dogs. We have complained a lot of times before but no attention is seem to withdrawn of the concerned authorities. Please understand our problem. Please help us as early as possible.

The dogs in our society tend to bite, run after people and they bark whenever anyone passes by.
Nobody is able to go to market freely bcz the dogs run after the people. There are kids, old people and youngsters who are not able to go move around bcz of the dogs. Kindly send dog squad to catch the dogs. There are days people feed them alot and due to which they are breeding in our society and we are not able to move here and there. There are cases where they tend to bite people and run after them they go in the stairs of the society sit there and scare people. They also destroy the garbage and also they run after acrs and bikes in order to bite the people. Dogs also bark at night and they bark in the stairs so its difficult for people to move upstairs and downstairs from the building to move around.

There is a tree in front of my house (Under the boundary wall of shahdara drain) whose branches have extended towards my house. Branches are so strong that monkey or any animal can climb over it and reached to house. Even it is now become threat for safety point of view and thieve can reach to house using these branches. I request to concerned authorities to trim that tree for safety.

I am the resident of Durga puri extn shahdara. In my area almost 10-15 street dogs are there and it’s getting difficult day by day to face them. When we come from office late night its very hard to pass the street, all the dogs started us and tried to jump.. we have many timea complain about it but no strict action has been taken so far..
We all are very scared of these dogs.. please take the strict action..

I would like to inform you that our neighbour is altering the standard plan of the construction. As per the standard parametres of delhi government in the residential area 6th floor is not permitted. But our neighbour addressed a-28 ganesh nagar pandav nagar complex delhi-110092 east is construted the 6th floor. This thing is very risky for the entire locality and the respective building. So please stop this unauthorised construction. Thanking u in anticipation for the quick action.

My residence has 2 large uprooted trees and a large number of fallen branches.

This could be a health risk or a fire hazard and needs to be urgently removed by the municipal corporation of delhi.

The adjacent plot is a hospital and they have complained that the dead uprooted trees could be a health/fire hazard and that it needs to be removed immediately

We the residents of b block mansarovar garden are writing you this application to bring to your kind information that there is a person who is doing the business of sale of building materials in our colony. The business is carried out in the name of arora building materials at b-85 mansarovar garden adjacent to bharat dharam kanta opposite kirti nagar police station.
There are many problems which are faced by the residents of our colony due to the dust and pollution emitted because of his business activities, we are facing breathing problems and situation for the senior citizens is worse. We are also facing problems due to loading and unloading of such materials as it emits high quantity of dust and also makes heavy sound due to the entry and exit of heavy commercial vehicles in our residential area that too in early morning which completely disturbs our sleep.
We the residents of b-block mansarovar garden are also sending you some of the pics of the site for your better understanding in the subsequent pages and we also request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, we all would be highly grateful to you.

Sir with due respect that we are the residents of nanda block mahavir enclave new delhi 110045. One of our neighbour house number rz m -3d, nanda block mahavir enclave new delhi 110045 is installing mobile tower on their roof top. The said building is situated in a densely populated residential area. I suppose according to the mcd guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of hon’ble delhi high court towers are not allowed at residential areas, it creates many diseases like cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s radiation is very harmful for all. So please sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible. Thanking you - you’re truly. Nanda block mahavir enclave new delhi 110045.

I would like to complaint that one person (Gupta he is also famous as gupta wielding wala). He has mobile tower on their roof in our resident area vijay enclave, new delhi -110045 near dda park. We are living in residential area and it’s very bad for people who lives around and some people do not think about others life and their own life for such a amount of money. As my house is right behind his house and this mobile tower is with very high power tower. Because of this my father is suffering from brain tumor and all the people around that place facing issue with migraine. I will file the complaint in mcd office and couple of times they did come to our place to see the tower and then they do not do anything. Its been months now and no one is ready to do anything about that.

Looking forward for solution of my complaint. If i did not get the reply here as well then i need to escalate this to further because that mobile tower is causing people death

I am the property manager at dlf capital greens 15 shivaji marg new delhi; people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray in the society. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they have started attacking the passerby. They run towards motorbike which leads to many accidents in the area. They even attack kids playing in the play areas gardens and lawns. People loose their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is a headache as a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation.

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases of dogs chasing the kids and elderly personals are increasing day by day. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue and arrange to have them vaccinated and sterilized.

There are too many street dogs in my area. We do not feel safe crossing through them as they are very scary. They have already bitten many people passing by. They are continuously giving birth to babies and their numbers are increasing day by day.
Please either sterilize them or remove them from our area before their number becomes more than human in our area.

Subject – complaint against illegal unautherised construction by mr. Manish puri (Owner of flat no 186 sfs flats, desbandhu apartments kalkaji new delhi – 110019), mr mehra (Flat no 190 of same colony) & mr chopra (Flat no 194 of same colony) causing lots of health concerns and stress to senior citizens.

Dear sir,

I, krishan lal mehndiratta, am resident of flat no 188 deshbandhu apartments kalkaji new delhi 110019. I am 76 years old and my wife smt shakuntla mehndiratta is also a senior resident aged 69 years.

Sir me and my wife both have been having health issues and are on medication under the supervision of able doctors from sir ganga ram hospital and escorts heart institure. I underwent and open surgery last year (March 2018) and still recovering the illegal construction in the dda sfs flats by mr. Manish puri (Owner of flat no 186 sfs flats, desbandhu apartments kalkaji new delhi – 110019), mr mehra (Flat no 190 of same colony) & mr chopra (Flat no 194 of same colony) is causing us lot of stress and taking away our mental peace. Our building is more than thirty years old and we fear that our building will not be able to withstand any unauthorized construction.

Through illegal extensions of balcony and other areas, mr puri, my mehra and mr chopra are taking away our rights to air and light which is very essential for our health issues and further worsening our problems which are there due to chronic diseases.

The illegal construction carried out by mr puri, my mehra and mr chopra is a great nuisance and disturbance to the neighborhood. The noise and disturbance is not even letting us sit in our house peacefully. The anxiety due to sleeplessness is further deteriorating our health.

We have approached mr puri, my mehra and mr chopra several times but they don’t seem to care and rubs us saying that work won’t stop. The rwa ideally should look into their concern but most of them are themselves party to this as they themselves have lead the illegal constructions from front and setting wrong precedence.

We approached mcd at official complaint numbers and police authorities and filed 3-4 complaints but no action has been taken. Police report 5045 date 22/2 customer complaint at 1553055 south center no 1911 dated 23/01 complaint at 29813928 no 2351 dated 14th feb 2019

I am reaching out to you with great hope and faith that you will help us address this problem and ensure that strict action is taken to stop this unauthorized construction and harassment to senior citizens with immediate effect.

Sir,

I am a resident of b2 block yamuna vihar. The sewer line near b2/59 near my house gets blocked regularly. So many complaints have been made by me to the concerned authorities. But, i feel really sad to say that no necessary action has been taken by responsible authorities.
It is very shameful for the jal board sewage dept.
So, i would kindly request the responsible authorities to take necessary actions as early as possible. I shall be really grateful to u.

I would like to complaint that one person fixing mobile tower on their roof in our resident area rzm/3, nanda block, mahavir enclave, new delhi -110045. We are living in residential area and it’s very bad for people who lives around and some people do not think about others life and their own life for such a amount of money..
When before we were asking that what are you doing on roof then he replied that ‘’ oh it’s nothing just solar system ‘’and now they have already fixed the machine and about to start...
I request you to kindly take the action as soon as possible..

I am a resident of c block dayanand colony and want to complain about water stagnation at front of m house as my neighbour drainage is not proper as they drain out all water waste at front of our house cause breeding ground for mosquitoes its cause very inconvienence and very messy and smells a lot.. We are facing very inconvienence as it stagnate at front of my house. Its causing chikanguneya n malaria. We try to resolve on our own but they are not paying any attention please take as its monsoon time water is flooded right at our house

Complaint against unauthorized scrap shop running in residential building

The activities of the said scrap dealer more active day by day whereas all the drunker, theft person, addict people gather there here for entire day and sell out the theft articles and two vehicles, resulting in crime and robbery.

All day and night the scrap workers in the shop keep on beating big hammers to demolish the metal parts and old scrap, which cause big noise pollution all day around, also this cause to big heavy vibrations in the building which can be feel easily because of beating big hammers all day.

Beating big hammers on the ground will working as to weakening the entire building structure, which may cause a serious trouble to building and its residents one day.

Scrap business can not be run under residential property as guided by the supreme court of india, but this scrap dealer seems to be fearless as he always keep on telling "paisa deta hoo sabko, mera jo bigadna ho bigaad lo".

He is also involved in the process of cutting and demolishing theft vehicles, today he demolished a bajaj motorcycle, for which this scrap dealer don't even have the vehicle papers.

Local authorities come and took bribe from the scrap dealer and keep their eyes close.

Keeping in view of the above points i kindly request to close the shop permanently and at earliest.

Else it will be a serious trouble to building and its residents.
