This is reference to dogs in indra vihar, delhi-110009. There are so many dogs here. Dogs bark too much. For morning walk they bark on people and children are afraid. Nearby people give them anything and they do potty anywhere.

Please do something as streets, parks all are dirty.

I would like to draw your attention to the wazipur/kotla mubarakpur area. The alleys/lanes are so poorly kept, that there is garbage littered everywhere and roads are so poorly maintained, that a slight clogs the whole of the lanes. There are mud and water clogging everywhere, which will spread germs and diseases.

I would request the authorities to repair the lanes before the heavy rainy season and also set up a proper waste disposal system, as there are no proper waste bins or disposal system in the area.

This is to draw your attention, that main road of kotla mubarakpur/defence colony/wazirpur has so many cows, causing so much traffic and confusion.

They are roaming around in the middle of the road which will cause harm not just to the drivers, but also to the animals. I urge you to move these animals to a safer shelter. They feed on the dustbins and litter the waster mainly plastic everywhere.

I would like to bring to your notice the increased number of stray dogs in f and e block chittaranjan park society. Please take the stray dogs away as it is difficult for people to move in the society. Also it's not safe for children as they can bite and they do chase people. These dogs also enter the house buildings and stay in the parking and urinate there too which creates unhygene and unpleasant smell. Please remove the dogs so we can feel safe to send children out. Animals are unpredictable. God knows when they start attacking people because they chase and bark on passersby. Cannot wait to complaint till get bitten. Please take action.

Dear sir/madam,

We would like to bring to your notice that there are a number of stray dogs in gali no.-3, mahavir enclave which is near to bhagat chandra hospital.

These stray dogs are mainly concentrated around gali no.-3. These dogs keep fighting among themselves over their territories everynight or chase people on vehicles causing a sense of panic among the people here. The children cannot venture out of the house alone. Recently, one of the dogs bit my son's leg too.

We request the dog squad of mcd to kindly take necessary action and stop the menace immediately.

There are approximately 10 dogs in this area who are utterly stupid, egositic and trouble makers.. They are harassing people and guests.. They fight with pets.. They keep fighting among themselves.. They keep barking all night.. They cause so much noise with their barking 24/7 it's really hard to have quite peace here.. Since under the law you cannot relocate them i request you to please get them sterilised!

I, Rishabh Kukkal (residing A-13-A, Back Side, Manak Vihar, Tihar Village, New Delhi – 110018) would like to complaint about the unhygienic condition of our area, Manak Vihar (Especially right hand side second gali from the entrance gate of Manak Vihar, back side of Vaishno Mandir, A block back side narrow street which start from Mandir’s wall edge), Tihar Vihar, New Delhi - 110018. Our area is becoming so dirty day by day and lots of stray animals can be seen every time in our street. However, I appreciate the work of the workers who have been given the cleaning responsibility of our area.
The problem is with the people living in our street, especially those whose houses are two sides open. They keep their front street, which is broad - clean & hygienic but same time they throw garbage & unused / unwanted material in back side street, such as damaged wooden drawers, stairs, construction waste etc etc..
Apart of these items, there is one more reason for dirtiness & stinking in our street, which is main drainage pipe blockage. Few of houses need to repair their flush drainage pipe. This blockage problem happens because our street is narrow. People need to understand these issues & take relevant precautions to live healthy life.
You pleased to take some necessary action for people who making India as well capital of country very dirty.
So, I would like to suggest an idea that please file some charges on the people who throw garbage like this as a fine. This is the only way to stop people doing this. I am suggesting this because previously many times I requested my street people not to make our street dirty but they eventually ready for fighting.
Also, would like to request you to arrange cleanliness education session for our locality.

Dear sir/madam,
This is to bring into your notice that in the above subject line address, a water stagnation has been there for the last one month or more and by which now mosquito breeding has started and it is threat to the people staying nearby buildings. If the reason for the water stagnation is not identified & rectified, in the coming days as the temperature goes up, spreading of diseases by mosquitoes can be increased. I request to the concerned authority to extend your representatives for rectifying the problem of water stagnation in the road.

Dear sir/madam,

I would like to bring to your notice we are residents of mahavir enclave part - iii and the road lying between mahavir enclave and madhu vihar at f block, gali no. 80 was constructed more than 10 years ago. After road construction, the road was dug up for laying sewer line and then the road was never made.

There is only uneven sand road, that's it. Please provide atleast road which is basic necessity or i will be compelled to complain to pmo and media houses for neglecting us. I am also uploading pics

Respected sir,

This is to inform the concerned authorities of the growing population of stray dogs in my locality, people keep sheltering these dogs and even hide them when the corporation people come to take them (Dogs) for sterilization causing an imminent risk of serious dog related infection spreading out as they've been acting violently over the last couple of months. Barking at strangers is understandable but recently they've been barking at the local people too. When i try to complain to the people giving safe haven to these dogs about this issue, they instead blame the passer-by and threaten to take action against the victim in some cases. Please look into the issue and make sure that all the dogs in my locality are at least sterilized and vaccinated at the earliest.

P. S. Normally we don't want to file a complaint to save ourselves from unnecessary trouble and even i'm writing this letter as just today (12-feb-2019) i was attacked by one of these stray dogs in my locality.

This is to bring in your notice that there are number of stray dogs around our hospital buildings. Day by day their population is growing and some of the dogs get violent and chase patients, their attendants and even the passers-by, sometimes they bite and chase adjoining resident colony people particularly old age people and children. They even tear off the seats of various bikes and scooters, parked at the parking area of the hospital.

So i, request the authorities to take effective steps to eradicate this problem at the earliest possible.

I am a resident of 1727/5, govindpuri extn., kalkaji, new delhi. The portion of main sewer line in front of my home seems to have blockage due to which the sewage water is pushing back. The sewage water is overflowing inside our sewer box inside our home. Kindly depute someone and have the blockage cleared, urgently.

There are lot of street dogs in j&k block, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092, nearby narula bakery location. Due to # of dog the whole colony as well as front of my home becomes dirty. It can cause various disease to human. Further we can not even walk on the road due to their #. To maintain lively "the swaschhta abiyan", we request you to collect all the street dogs and send them to place far from residential areas

I am currently living in dwarka sector 9 where there are a lot of street dogs... Nowadays the dogs are becoming very angry at the passerby and often tend to attack people.
Not only they attact people but also atack the pet dogs that come for walk.. Greeting nuisance and keep on howling late in night which doesn’t give us a sound sleep..
Though being a dog lover i don’t want a strict action on them but request you for the proper vaccinations of them and they should be taken care off that they don’t attack the people.

I would like to drawn ur kindly attention towards the inconvenience faced by the residents of sawan park extn and aryabhatt enclave of sewer blockage and the not cleaning the drainage by your appointing person. Periodically you can see backflow of sewer in this narrow lane, leaving no option but to cross it while sinking your feet in it. Not surprising residents often complain of clogged drains and sewer backflow. But the authorities have not paid any heed to the new requirements of the street and to solve the problem permanently. As i’m writing this, we are facing this problem toilets is now full of because of backflow and the atmosphere is also polluted. Requesting the authorities to take appropriate measures to control it. Im also complained it from last 15 days to till now. But we are not get positive response from the authorities.

The address near sewer blocked is 1, sawan park extn., ashok vihar ph 3, delhi 110052 near satyawati collge. Please do urgent action regarding the sewage problem.

Their is a dog in our society du block, pitampura, new delhi who is bitting people and it is very difficult for us to go out of our house because of terror of the dog. Do something urgently it is a problem for weeks and we tried to contact you (Mcd) but did not get a satisfied reply or action against it. The dog has bitten many people in our society

I, harry talwar residing b-42/5, dilshad colony, delhi-110095 is filing this complaint for the misbehavior created by stray dogs in my street. There are about 15 dogs in my street and they often bite children. They have bitten me too last night when i was walking straight to my home. Please catch them as soon as possible. It is very unsafe for us as they regularly bite people here.

There is a stray dog which has bit about 3-4 people in the neighbourhood and threatens people on a daily basis. The address is house no. 3291, second floor, beside radhe krishna mandir, pusa wall street, ranjeet nagar, south patel nagar. The dog is black in colour and an indian breed or a cross. I don't think it has been disinfected via vaccines against rabies. People around are troubled as well and wish to raise similar complains.
