I am a resident of Moti Nagar, B Block Delhi. There is an abandoned vehicle parked in my area. Address is B-51 B block. A scooter with number DL 4S na 4124. It's been standing at the same spot since 2 years.
It occupies unnecessary space in the area and makes it difficult for the residents to park their vehicles.
Also it makes the area unhygienic for the children to play.
1-2 kids have already been hurt by it.
Your immediate action is requested.

a) No appropriate parking. Vehicles are parked in haphazard manner which effects individual's movement visiting our building.

b) Sever line is always jammed. Many times it is overflowing.

c) No Sweeper of MCD in our area.

For the last few months, we have been facing this awful situation of overflowing garbage bin with heaps of waste. The main cause of the problem is eventually not disposing of waste properly/ improper waste collection.

The stray dogs and cows are all around to eat up anything and everything. The hygiene level in our locality has dropped very low due to the same. In addition, residents have become prone to multiple diseases due to poor hygiene and sanitation.

I request you to kindly take the corrective action on an urgent basis.

With due respect, I would like to draw your attention that I am being harassed by the MCD Near Karkardooma Court. The matter is that along with the senior citizen, I am also a handicapped person. I was allotted 7"x 5" space on handicapped base on teh bazari side by MCD in 1995, In which I made a wooden khoka for sitting purpose and from then till March-2020 worked on there But I was unable to sit there since covid because my health is also not good for that reason I wrote an application in 30/03/21 vide ref no. 7748 dt. 30/03/21 for surrender my allotted place to the MCD but no action taken in mean while month of june-21 I went to go mcd office and meet the AO for the status of applicable they said not working now due to covid come later after one month again visit the office again In between I have sell my wooden khoka to the knowing person, They said You do not need to come, your letter will reach through courier. They talk like a gentle But I have not get any letter after one month I again went to the office in that time New “AO” (MR.DHEERAJ KUMAR) & THEIR JUNIOR (MR PRADEEP KUMAR) join there I meet him and tell him again they said come after some times until I read the file, after some time when we went to again they said why did you sell your khoka it has a right to mcd, I explain them sir mcd allotted me only space already mention in letter I built my own wooden khoka for sitting purpose. After some time they give notice and called me to the office and said submitted the original file and after that your letter release in one week by hand or by courier but no letter made by them they said come tomorrow and sometimes say we will give you by hand but no letter received till date. Once in a week when I go there they said sir don’t come we will send your letter to home but end of the day no result same situation.
They talk like a rude person & also harrse me & Scared me by the FIR & force me to went there continuously¬¬¬¬¬.

Is it my fault that I honestly want to surrender the place?

So I request you please do the necessary action on them they do not have the skills to talk to senior citizens and I unable to go their due to my illness.

Anything can be happen in the way due to high weather

So please close the matter as early as possible

This incident happened on copernicus Marg, Mandi House, New delhi. (Behind Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra Building)

I parked my vehicle inside the white line painted on road outside my office road, I used to park my car at the same location since 1.5 years and today on 05.05.2022 mcd's crane came and towed away my vehicle. This is the first time they towed my car from the location in 1.5 years.

At the location, more than 25 cars were parked and were remain untouched only my car were taken from the center of the parking abiding all parking rules and regulations.

I parked my car abiding all rules and regulations as mentioned below as given in PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i), NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JUNE 23, 2017/ASADHA 2, 1939.

A vehicle shall not be parked-
(a) at a place where stopping a vehicle is prohibited under sub-regulation (1);
(b) on a main road or at a stretch of a road where the notified maximum speed limit is fifty kilometres
per hour or more;
(c) on a footpath, cycle track and pedestrian crossing;
(d) before or after an intersection or a junction up to a distance of fifty meters from the edge of the
intersection or junction;
(e) where it would block access to designated parking spaces;
(f) near a bus stop, at the entrance to an educational institution or a hospital or if it is likely to block a
traffic sign or a fire hydrant;
(g) in a tunnel;
(h) in a bus lane;
(i) in front of the entrance or exit of a property;
(j) where there is a continuous yellow line installed or painted on the carriageway on the kerb side;
(k) away from the edge of the footpath;
(l) opposite another parked vehicle;
(m) if it is likely obstruct any other vehicle or cause inconvenience to any person;
(n) alongside another parked vehicle;
(o) beyond the specified durationat a place where parking is permitted for a specified duration only;
(p) in a place where parking is permitted for a specified category or categories of vehicles and the
vehicle does not belong to the specified category;
(q) by a driver who is not differently abled in a parking space reserved for vehicles driven by
differently abled drivers;
(r) in a manner other than that specified in the parking bays in a designated parking lot or in such a
manner as to occupy excessive space; and
(s) where parking is prohibited by a “No Parking” sign.

When I asked the reason from concerned person to whom I have paid the towing fee, he didn't able to answer and refused to unlock the car before paying the illegal towing fine. I also asked him the details of person/crane who towed my car from the location, So that I can understand why my car have been towed from the location but the person were not available at the location.

I would request the authorities to look into the matter of illegal towing of vehicle from the different locations by the crane operators who doesn't even know the rules of parking of vehicles. This creates a lot of problem for many people like us. Please look and get the above issue resolved .

My money in paying the fine have gone, but would request, at least other people are saved from being cheated.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been living in 40 Feet Road Om vihar phase 5 since last 3 years and the condition today of this area has gone worst.
Today, when we even try to reach home between 4 PM to 10 PM it takes a lot of time, efforts and even a lot of damage to the car and sometimes to the person also.
The roads are all occupied by street hawkers and Battery Rickshaw.
Also, the vegetable sellers by 4 Pm occupy the whole road with their carts in 40 feet road area and close the entry to the streets. We have tried to talk a number of times but nothing seems to improve. The cops are paid Rs. 30-40 everyday by each Vegetable seller so the Police helps them instead of asking them to leave. By the time it is 11 Pm, the roads are emptied by these Vegetable sellers are filled with vegetable stinking garbage left for the cows.
There has been incidences when these vegetable sellers have beaten people for asking them to leave or even for simple arguments as majority of them are backed up by criminals from the neighboring areas.
With Police making things more difficult for us, we have no idea where to ask for help.

I m the residence of 14 block Dakshin Puri extn . On the daily basis i found the streets are not getting clean my the Sweeper, and there is lots off street garbage collection at the corner of my house done by the other sweeper of the other street. When i ask the incharge and tried to raise my issue he was start shouting on me that why your complaining the number of employees are very less this the only way we work . I said this should have to be done on daily otherwise i will do complain to higher authority. He said me do what ever you want and file your complaint it hardly matters to him .. kindly look into this is on priority basis . These kindly of employees should be fired from the MCD .

The park next to bosco public school has a basketball court. The basket in the court is broken from many months. Children want to play but the repair and maintainece is not proper kindly look into the matter and repair it so that children can enjoy the facility

Good afternoon, my name is Arjun Arora living in Malviya Nagar (main market) . This is to inform you that near my house, there is a small park in front of neeru electronics, main market, malviya nagar. The lights are not working in those parks which used to work earlier. Its been 7days since the light is not working. Because of this the children are not able to play properly there .We students need to get refreshed by playing but the lights are not working. As a concerned citizen I would like to draw your attention on this issue and would request you to resolve it immediately.

The shopkeeper is cover the footpath and local people are surfing the issue on daily basis, please look into this and clear the footpath area.
