I am a citizen of Delhi uttam nagar, we are greatful for your services. But i would like you to resolve one issue, is that the garbage truck which you sent, makes unbearable noise. As it's morning time we have work to do we have online meetings online classes. And it continues ringing for atleast 15 30 mins which is not needed. The streets are not wide open here, so we are able to hear the sound properly even if it makes less noise. We appreciate the facilities you have provided but please do consider this issue and resolve ASAP. Thank you

There is a Building in my area which is in a very very bad condition it can collapse anytime walls of this building are very weak a week ago at night some part of it collapsed . So i live in front of this building and this is a life threatening situation so i request uh please demolish this building asap before some mishaps takes place plz its very scary living in front of such building

Dear sir, i am leaving in house no. RZ-6, Hans Park, Near Sagarpur Post Office, Gandhi Market, West Sagarpur, New Delhi-110046. There were around 7-8 stray cats in our house and these cats creating a lot of disturbance and dirt in our living area. please send a cat catcher team to rectify this problem as soon as possible.
As we know that its a free service from the government to catch the stray animals for the safety of general public.

Dear sir I live in pahar ganj. In quila kadam sharif line. Sir, we are facing problem of water supply from last one month continuesly. It be a drastic situation for us. Daily in morning we wake ran for water here and there. I would like to mention that only the 50m area of the street is not having water supply. Or else everywhere water supply is normal. Sir please do the need full as soon as possible. We are suffering from this problem a lot. I will be thank full to you. Please reward me soon.

With due respect, here's a complain from a resident of South Delhi, L-1st Gali no. 11 Sangam Vihar, Budh Bazar, New Delhi. In this area street 11, drains are blocked and it affect the continuity flow of waste water of households. And therefore some individuals also try to bock the drains by stones etc. So please take action on them also.

Please take some action regards this, as soon as possible by send some drainage cleaners for cleaning the drain of this street.

There is panic of a mad monkey in the area who's bites 15 children including pregnant Lady. Please visit that area and catch that monkey. Because children are in panic and not going out of homes bacuse of that monkey.

I am a resident of Vikaspuri it is so terrible to complain again and again about the mosquito breeding in our area the children's cannot play outside and we can't even stand for one second the MCD is is not doing anything and it is really disappointing that being a sincere tax paying resident our money is going waste I want Vikaspuri to be fumigated with mosquito repellent as soon as possible else I will take the screenshot of all the complaints and complain to the higher authorities tagging all the MCD employees for not doing nothing

I am from C1, Janakpuri.
There are about 4 to 5 dogs in my area who makes noise whole day and also bark on people. Two of them everyday bark on me aggressively. I am afraid that they can bite also.

May I direct your attention that rampant encroachment is going on at above mentioned Gali and now one more has started constructing Piller of 15-18 inches wide in Gali and also erecting wall along that, this has caused a serious threat of narrowing this Gali day by day and no checks are done that public convenience has been put on danger. This is fourth contractions under progress in last six months or so. This 18 feet Gali has been brought to merely 10 feet now. This is one sided Gali, residents have no option to go via other way, Besides this people park the vehicles which left no space for walkers and children and potential threats for any user's. This is unabated no fear of any agency no checks either by police or custodian agency ie MCD.
Hence it is humble request to demolish this illegal encroachments and get clear the authorized public land from the clauches of these illegal hand and get relieved the residents from this issue.
Hope you will take a speedy and correctives measure to get clear the land and avoid further occurrence.

This is to inform you that there are lots of monkeys are there in our locality(North-East Delhi). They often do attack on us, they came on our terrace and create a mess.
Kindly, consider this issue as early as possible.

This is to inform you that there is vacant plot in front of my house. So many people are throwing garbage, dirty clothes, etc. this increases mosquitoes and flies which may cause infections and diseases to kids nearby.

We even tried to call and convince plot owner to get it cleaned, but he is not at all bothered and not coming to check it.

I request you to send someone to take the right actions so that we can avoid any disease.

Hi,

My name is virender and I am residence of west Delhi Vishnu garden C block, our main road (Rajji Complex) has been digged out for new water pipeline for almost couple of months ago which is still not prepared. Passage through the road is not possible through car and also lots of dust is being come out from it due to which children's and old-age people are having breathing problem.

My cousins study in R.S.K.V Mayur Vihar-2 and there is a park near school. At morning when all students and their parents came to school a group of monkeys disturb them. I saw that they are teasing those citizens who are not going to them or mocking them. They surround a women and we're attacking her showing her teeth. It's a very serious problem as that is a public area also they can attack small children too. Please take my complaint seriously and take some necessary actions.

This is to draw your kind attention towards the encroachment in our area (626 double storey, new rajinder nagar, 110060). There is encroachment by the shopkeepers causing nuisance disturbance for the residents and obstructing public way of the residents and general public to display goods and operating petty services on the public way. It is also getting unsafe for the familes and ladies. Please note that is getting out of hands and also despite of the complaints no action is taken to remove it. Please help us with your sincerity towards the residents and senior citizens.

There 6 lift in gtb hospital and amc of Jhonson also taken by department but last 4 month our 2 lift stop but no one attending this complaint the tender of amc end in September we call the tender three time but ur agency not participating this was the fourth time that ur agency participate in tender now our lift as it is no service provided by ur agency since September in gtb hospital Dilshad garden Delhi there is human life involved so please take necessary action against ur employee so our lift get done
