विषय : अनाधिकृत गैरकानूनी बिल्डर माफिया गैरकानूनी निर्माण करके जनता से लूट और सरकारी कानूनों की और उच्चतम न्यायलय के आदेशो की अवहेलना कर रहा है, और स्थानीय पुलिस, ट्रैफिक पुलिस, जल बोर्ड, फायर सेफ्टी अधिकारी, पर्यावरण बोर्ड, राजस्व विभाग, लेंड एन्ड यूस, और कानून के जानकार अधिकारी, स्थानीय पार्षद, विधायक, सांसद निर्जीव आंखे मूंदकर असहाय होकर ये सभी अवैध गैरकानूनी भवन निर्माण होने दे रहे हैं, यदि समय रहते इन सभी निर्माण को गिराया नहीं गया तो सैकड़ों लोगों का घर बार बर्बाद हो जायेगा, कई परिवारों को आत्महत्याएं करनी पड़ेंगी, अनेक परिवारों का जीवन बुनियादी सुविधाएँ न मिलने के कारण बिमारियों से ग्रसित हो जायेगा, इन सभी गैरकानूनी कृत्यों में सहायक सभी आवश्यक अधिकारियो और जिम्मेदार लोगों पर कार्यवाही करवाकर, फ्लेट खरीददार लोगों को उचित सुविधाओं के साथ रहने का घर दिलवाया जाय, और उन्हे मुआवजा भी दिया जाय।

निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में जिसमे उत्तम नगर, जीवन पार्क, इंद्रा पार्क, उत्तम नगर, विकास विहार, भगवती विहार, मधु विहार, मटियाला, ओम विहार, नन्हे पार्क, जैन पार्क, मनसा राम पार्क, गुरप्रीत नगर, संजय एन्क्लेव, संतोष पार्क, राजा पूरी, विश्वास पार्क, जैन कालोनी, सुभाष पार्क, खुशीराम पार्क, सेवक पार्क, शिव विहार इत्यादि इलाकों में अनधिकृत भवन निर्माताओं द्वारा 25, गज, 50, गज, 60 गज, 75 गज, 80 गज, 90 गज, 100 गज, इत्यदि वर्ग गज में 12 फ्लेट, 24 फ्लेट, 48 फ्लेट, बड़ी गिनती में फ्लेट बनाकर बुनियादी सुविधाओं के बगैर महंगी कीमत में बेचे जा रहे हैं।
ज़मीन का जल यानी भूजल का अवैध दोहन हो रहा है, पतली गलियों में, यदि कही आग लग जाय तो अग्निशामक अधिकारी भी वहां नहीं पहुंच सकते, और बीमारी अथवा दुर्घटना होने पर एम्बुलेंस भी वहाँ नहीं पहुंच सकती, ज्ञात हो की अवैध जल दोहन की वजह से कई तालाब भी इस क्षेत्र के सूख चुके हैं, यहाँ तक सुभाष नगर और फतेह नगर के बीच की झील भी सूख चुकी है, इस सभी अवैध निर्माण से पूरी पश्चमी दिल्ली का क्षेत्र आम जनता के लिए, रहने योग्य नहीं रहा, उत्तम नगर इलाके की भीड़ की वजह से उत्तम नगर से लेकर द्वारिका मोड़ तक का सफर पूरा करने में सुबह और शाम को डेढ़ से दो घंटे लग जाते हैं जबकि और सभी विभागों के अधिकारी केवल रिश्वत लेकर अवैध निर्माण होने दे रहे हैं।

इन क्षेत्रों में उचतम्म न्यायालयों के कानूनों की धज्जियाँ उड़ाई जा रही हैं।

दिल्ली नगर निगम, दिल्ली पुलिस, दिल्ली ट्रैफिक पुलिस, जल बोर्ड, पर्यावरण बोर्ड, फायर सेफ्टी अधिकारी, सब रजिस्ट्रार, तहसीलदार, सभी अधिकारी रिश्वत लेकर अवैध गैरकानूनी निर्माण होने दे रहे हैं, और ग्राम प्रधान, नगर निगम पार्षद, विधायक, संसद भी अपने कर्तव्यों अपरिचत और अनजान बने हुए हैं।

क्योंकि इन सभी अवैध निर्माण में आपका कार्यालय भी शामिल है, और अधिकारी भी शामिल हैं, इस लिए आप भी जिम्मेदार हैं।

यदि आपने इस पर अविलम्ब उचित कार्यवाही नहीं की तो आपको भी इस गैरकानूनी धंधे में शामिल माना जायेगा।

आपसे निवेदन है की इन सभी गैरकानूनी धंधों को रोककर सभी अधिकारीयों पर उचित क़ानूनी करके हमें भी सूचित किया जाय, अन्यथा हमें न्यायलय की शरण में जाकर इन सभी गैरकानूनी धंधों पर रोक लगवानी पड़ेगी।

Updated by ajaypackers64 As I am trying to write you many times but you are responding in my complaint. It is a fault from your side. We are ready to pay fee but NDMC pay renewal fee site is not responding. What will we do at this movement?

Greetings of the day,

As per nct guidelines, any construction which happens anywhere in residential area should be fully covered with tall steel sheets to avoid air pollution and if any individual / builder is not following this then he should be strictly penalized as per the law. Problem in our country is, individuals / builders bribe mcd officials and take the leverage of doing construction the way they want. That’s the reason, no action has been taken by the mcd for this construction which is happening in our locality causing huge inconvenience to almost all the people residing nearby, it has become completely difficult for us to go outside because as you get out huge cloud of dust in the air you come across all time.

No one is following the ngt guidelines. No tall steel sheets are placed before demolishing the building. Address of this locality is be-71, hari nagar, near ram gariya gurudwara, opposite gupta nursing home, new delhi-110064. Landmark-behind ddu hospital.

Not even safe for kids, old age people especially asthmatic people. Due to this dust pollution, resident facing lots of problem. We personally requested builder as well as landlord to install tall steel sheets to avoid dust pollution in air but he refused our request and threat us by saying that he purchased all senior officials at mcd department and no one come to stop his way of working.

I personally requested owner of the building to advice builder to clear the road for routine passerby and install asbestos sheet to control pollution but every time, he excused me by saying he will advise builder to follow the rules. You, please appoint one of your authorised official to visit the location honestly and note few points which as mentioned below:-

1. Submersible pump is install inside the plot which is totally illegal and unauthorized, please check who has given permission to do the same.
2. Building material is available on running road which is accumulate at holes and result of which drainage system is totally chock, please check who is mcd official involved who visit the location on regular basis but ignore these.
3. Front and back street of the plot is totally block by burnt brick, why the mcd housekeeping official ignore this, it clearly indicates that they got some undue advantage either from owner of the property or from builder, please check!
4. Dust on the road as well as atmosphere due to which one can’t take fresh breath. I already informed them that we have 4 asthmatic patient in our locality and due to this regular following dust, they are suffering with accused asthmatic attacks, if one of them got died who will responsible for this, then they excused me that patient should take care of themselves and not to come out of house, please check what is going on in our country where our pm sh. Narender modi, is regularly advertising for green & clean country.

We expect immediate resolution to the problem because if any action is taken after 3-4 weeks then by that time, this building will be demolished. We and our children are facing lots of health hazard because of this massive air pollution. We expect this to be stop immediately and people behind this should be penalize of not following the law.

I hope, you will take our complaint seriously and feel that it is going on in your own locality so that you can better judge the situation.
