We are very senior citizens (85 yrs old) living in flat on first floor plot no.3, friends enclave, pitampura, opp. Apna ghar society, near m2k rani bagh, new delhi-110034. This building has been approved by mcd, north delhi/dda delhi for 30 ft height (3-stories) only. The owner of 2nd floor (Top floor) has started unauthorised construction for 3rd floor (4th story) without our consent.
We are afraid if the unauthorised construction continued, this building may collapse and casualities may occure. Seepage from wall sides has started. Our water storage tank was lying on top, has been removed, we are deprived of water for the last few days. Debries of top floor falling in our balconies and also scattered in the stare-case, restricting our movement out of our flat. We are unable to buy day-to-day consumable items from market.

The owner of 2nd floor (Mr. Nagesh sharma) has made our life a hell. Inspite of repeated requests he is adament for unauthorised construction on plot no.3, friends enclave, opp. Apna ghar society, pitampura, sant nagar, new delhi-110034.

We request the delhi state govt. Agencies, (1) commissioner of north municipal corporation of delhi. (2) lt. Governor of delhi, dda, new delhi (3) commissioner of police, delhi – jt. Commissioner of police, north delhi, dy. Commissioner of police, pushpanjali enclave, pitampura, delhi, 110034. To stop unauthorised construction, and take appropriate action against mr. Nagesh sharma, owner of 2nd floor, plot no.3, friends enclave, pitampura, opp. Apna ghar society, new delhi-110034. For harrasment to old aged sr. Citizens.

Dear sir/madum,

I want to register complaint against resident of house 315 to 358 delhi 110034

They have constructed house/store/shop illegaly. At our gali common area when they were constructing we had also written to mcd but no response received from them. They have taken more then 10' x 6' feet extra space on the gali side and congesting the smooth movement of traffic. Even after taking so much space they keep their bike & scooter in the gali which blocks the complete way for the people who are residing in that gali. Whenever any resident say something to them, they show their power and start quarreling because of that no one dares to say anything to them.

My humble request to the mcd is to please look into this matter and demolish this unathorised construction as soon as possible so that rest of the residents can get atleast some space to move and can sleep tension free.

I am one of the resident of street no 13, ranjeet nagar, patel nagar.“for the last three days, we have not seen anyone from mcd sweeping the roads and garbage is scattered all over. It is difficult for the residents to cross the road.

We hope that you people will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are safe.

I am anas from delhi laxmi nager ramesh park gali no 12 delhi 110092. This is convey that i filed complaint at mcd phone # [protected] regarding 10 to 15 dogs in our street as they not only dangerous to people. They have biting the children and passerby regularly but mcd has never responded for over 1 year now. This has been very frustrating and pathetic. Mcd should be dissolved!

I am. From karishma (Sheikh sarai phase 2) recently bought a property in this area right behind the hardware.. Where there is an open drain. It leads to a lot of diseases. Secondly, when ndmc cleans it, the entire dump is kept aside which is dangerous for everyone. It stays there for weeks and again lead to diseases. I have already been sick due to mosquitoes bites resulting from the open drain which is a breeding ground for unhygienic environment. This situation is dangerous and unsafe for kids and elderly in the area... All the waste from the gurudwara lands up here and giving a breeding ground for diseases.

An open drain is always a reason for hazardous impact on human bodies. We always talk about malaria, chickenguniya dengue and other such diseases but never work upon root cause. I think this drain should be covered immediately to avoid further issues.
This should be dealt on priority.

With the mode of this e-mail, i want to put your attention towards the problem of blockage of mcd sewer in our street. I m the residential of 17/281 gali no-2 than singh nagar, military road anand parbat new delhi-5 opp. Cng station. From last 4 days we guys are keep complaining against this inconvinience, what we are tolerating, but nobody is ready to take any action. We are really very disturbed because the waterfall extend to that much limit that even we are not supposed to enter in house propoerly. It smells badly & sometimes it even come inside the house. Due to smell & dust my younger brother become sick from last 7 days.
Its my humble request to look into the matter & do the needfull asap. I'll be really very thankful to you for your great & kind support.

I would like to bring your kind attention that in the registered map of home, basement parking is allot for park the cars whereas no car is getting parked in the parking and owner has built a room and bathroom same has been given on rent as well gurudwara placed in the parking area which is totally illegal and as well he is also running he property dealer shop in the parking of the residential building.

I want to bring in your notice that we are having problems with
The street dogs in our area in, uttam nagar param puri friday market t block 110059. There are lot of street dogs which troubles the locals
They even keep barking through out the night resulting in
Lack of sleep to us. Would like to bring to your kind notice the increasing menace of stray dogs in our society. We would request for the safety of our kids and elders to kindly support us in eradication of this menace from our society. Please help!!

Sir this complaint is for animal help. Due to increase pollution not only humans but also animals suffer from various diseases such as eye infection, tumor etc. A live example is in our street. A dog in our street suffer from eyes infection due to which the dog unable to see properly. I hope you will definitely help these speechless animals.

This is to inform you from past 10 days construction waste is kept which is spreading diseases in society. Address bg-3/11d paschim vihar new delhi 110063. Garbage is lying in front of block bg-3/11a paschim vihar. Kindly take action. Reminder has been given to the resident but the situation remains the same. No response from them. Please revert.

I have my office in sanjay gandhi transport nagar, samaypur badli. The condition of roads there are worst. A person can not drive a small car or a two wheeler. No repairing for roads are done. So many bumps in the road. It has happened two times that my car silencer fell down because of big and huge bump in the roads. The roads there are kacchi sadak, that causes air pollution and huge dust. No sewage system.

There is a large number of stray dogs in block r, dilshad garden. These dogs pose serious threat to all the residents. Apart for dogs, lot of wild monkeys also keep on visiting here. Kids are scared of going out alone and dogs keep on defacing the society. Monkeys enter houses and staircase and are they to senior citizens as well. The problem is aggravating day by day and needs quick resolution.

In our street there is a big problem of car parking and home ramp made by peoples wrongly, which is not good so many house have ther extra road ramp, and they park there cars in wrong way just because of there extra ramp,

Make make extra ram in front of them and thats why every one is stuck in the street just because of wrong ramp.
I request to you arrange a survey in our street and destroy the wrong ramps which is not authorised by, they cover extra roads and park there cars wrong way..

The number of street dogs in e block, sector 1, rohini is very high. 2-3 dogs are ok but the number has increased to 20-30 and it has became difficult for people of the colony to walk around peacefully, i come to my home late at night from work at around 3 am and i am not able to reach my own home properly without dogs attacking me. Please do the needful and remove the dogs as many as possible, i am frightened they will bite me and i might suffer from some deadly flu the dogs carry.

This is covney that i filed complaint at mcd regarding 5 to 8 dogs in our street as they not only dangerous to people. They have biting the children and passerby regularly now. Request for solved this matter.

I am writing this complain 3rd time against dangerous street dogs in our whole area...they have already biten lot of people...please take quick action in this regard...I think I should directly arise the matter to central gov in case no step taken immediately.They become cruel at night and even try to attack known people as well. There are too many small kids in this area and are prone to attack by these cure dogs.Already many kids have been attacked by these dogs. There is no option except rebies injection.
I again request you to look into this matter seriously.
