1. A Building plan has been sanctioned by EDMC on 482/3 Bara Thakur dwara, Shahdara-delhi-110032 vide file no.131/22.05.2015.

2. The sanctioned plan provides for a Open Area of 27.81 sq. Mts. and 28.54 Sq. Mts. towards ROAD Widening.

3.The sanction has been given on encroached area also since the plot
area as per documents submitted differs (is in excess) from the area for which the sanction has been given.

4.The owners have constructed 12 balconies of the width of 3 to 4 feets
in the GALI (hardly 8 feet wide) and the Govt. land causing darkness in the street and blocking the sun-light totally.

5. In this complaint the following complaints have already been filed, but no action has been taken so far:

It is, therefore, requested to take necessary action against the violators as per MCD provisions

Sir,
This is with reference to the monkey menace in our locality.
We are residents of Malviya Nagar (New Delhi) 110017. The monkeys have created a havoc in our locality. There are 15-20 monkeys that come to our area every day in the morning & evening and create a nuisance. They take away the clothes and tear them They have also started biting people. Recently, 5 monkeys entered my house and have bitten my leg. Presently I am under Anti-rabies Vaccination. Even the water tanks are not spared.

This is really scary and unsafe.

Kindly look into the matter as the matter is of paramount significance and needs immediate attention of the concerned authority.

This is to convey that there are about 5-6 dogs in my area that not only bark in the middle of the night and disturb our sleep but also attack children by bitting them. There is continuous howling and barking throughout the night.
They are now a major problem as children are afraid to go down. They often surround us when we come late at night (Trying to attack us) and snatches food item or anything which is carried by us.
There are dogs troubling the residents in our area,. Its causing so much of disturbance for us

Dear Sir,

We the resident of Paryavaran complex especially Block A& B are facing menace of stray dog since last few days. I Balbir Thakur resident of B 82 Flat No 4 Paaryavaran complex is a latest victim and is biten very severely so have been advised to take 6 anti rabi injection starting yesterday,

It is our humble request that an early action from the department concerned will be highly appreciated and would help the local resident that includes senior residents, ladies, children and school & college going students to walk freely .

A street dog is biting all at janta flat pocket n sarita vihar new delhi 110076. My no is [protected]. Almost 20 people have been bitten by this dog. Mainly children are targeted by the dog. Dear sir we are people of pocket - n janta flat sarita vihar nd-76. We are continuously complaining that a dog in our area has bitten almost 50 people. We complaint toomany times. One complain no is 5747. The mcd people are saying that your request has been forwarded to vaternay officer. And the no given by the vaternary officer is a wrong number. I personally called 20-30 times to the mcd dept for it. But no response till yet.

I could not get any reply from delhi municipality. U have been complaining since two years.in last 3 mnths the dog has itten approx 30 people basically children. If no body respond this mail i will go to cm

Here in my locality all water drains are overflowing because of no cleaning and after completion of sewer work no road /street repair work is done .
Everyone is facing trouble here .
Spoken to cleaning staff they responded it's not in their responsibility talk to other staff which I haven't seen from last 5 months here around.
Kindly look into the matter .

I want to bring in your notice that there are so many stray dogs in our area, Sector 3 block F Rohini.They cut people and children and they are very dangerous for the toddlers.
They climb on the cars roof and make them dirty and scratches on them.
They barks continously throughout the night hence we can't sleep.
They keep littering and pooping around, in front of the houses and on road
Please take necessary action.

We want to bring to your notice that there are too many stray dogs in our area, Mukherjee park, tilak nagar.new delhi-110018.There are several problems that the residents face-
1. Dogs cut people n children, not only causing fear but also its painful and a long procedure where the subject has to visit the doctor to get injections l. I myself have been a victim of it.
2. Dogs keep littering n keep pooping around in front of the house on roads, parks and even inside the house premises if the gate remains open by chance.
3. They have caused damage to two wheelers by tearing...

Stray dogs in my colony are often creating a fuss. They tend to attack many people who are coming home n it often chases children . They bark continuously throughout the night hence we can't sleep. They are really dangerous for toddlers and often attack the food we carry . Please take respective measures to solve this problem as it is getting worse day by day

I would like to draw your attentions towards this area where I'm living. We are facing a serious problem of the growing pack of stray dogs. There have been many incidents where the dogs have attacked many people of our locality.Even a pet dog in our neighborhood died because of their alarming terror. These untamed dogs don't even spare the children . Also their loud and strange howling sounds in the night keep us far away from our sound sleep and distracts the kids mind . It is really affecting my siblings studies, my working ours and a lot of such other important things. I live in 692/A St. 40/A Molarband Extn. Badarpur Border New Delhi 110044. There is only one street light in my street which only covers half part of street the rest half is in dark. This cause stumble people sometime and very inconvenience to walk through street, the single light is even in worng direction. I hope that i will get a positive and quick response form your end. So i have humble requset to set up another street light in street 40/A.

There are lots of stray dogs and cows roaming in our colony (Keshav Puram). Due to this people here are feeling very unsecure as there is a danger that these dogs will bite them. Also they are snatching food packets from our hands. Cows makes things worst case as due to this cow dung is lying at all places and streets are looking very dirty. I am writing this complaint to bring to your notice that there is a construction o[censored]nauthorized balcony in 5/33 nehru nagar, new delhi (backside). Due to this unauthorized construction, we all colony people are facing inconvenience and no ventilation in this area. Earlier also they have occupied the main line of sewage inside there property which causes problem in entire year as sewage get block and we have to take permission to use govt. Sewage line to get it unblock.
Now with unauthorized balcony have made it worse.
I request you to have a look into the matter n break down this balcony atleast.
Kindly help us in bring this balcony down as soon as possible.

Hope to get your response soon as our other personal request hv failed to be heard till now.

It has been more than 2 months since the street no 7 of shankar marg, road was broken for the purpose of construction of new road.

But it has been a long time and no one came to build it.
It is very difficult to go out of home and even in home, people are suffereing from dust pollution. It is difficult to walk on road on foot and even using two wheelers also.

We always talk of curbing pollution and now no body is worried.

I hope my this post would draw attention of concerned autorities.

We are facing issue in our society with stray dog. There is one dog which has bitten alot of resident and maids and we don't know what to do about it. We request you to remove the dog from the locality. I stay at G 64 east of kailash New Delhi. Please either take this dog away or put it somewhere else. This issue needs to be resolved asap as the security of the citizen is at stake

I reside in Shiv Nagar, Street no. 22 and I am regularly complaining the cleaning staff to clean the streets properly and also the collector to pick garbage from Street collected by cleaning staff on time but nothing coming from this way also. They are mostly absent and streets remain untidy. So I request you to please take necessary action in this matter and try to resolve the problem earliest.

Dear sir,
I want to draw your attention towards illegal milk dairies in our area. Dairy owners get a place to shift there buffalows to commercial dairy area but they stay here. Many complaints goes to mcd but no response, some persons are coming from mcd takes money from owners and get back without doing anything. By these dairies locality sewer lines are blocked and very tiedy area near those dairies.
I am resident of bharat vihar dwarka sec 15, near normal bharti school, new delhi 110078. Please take any action as soon as possible.
