Updated by Mirza Owes This is the way you handel the COMPLAINTS. It has been more than 4 busniess days to email you about a serious concern and I havn't got single response.

Since our area hassle day by day is creating more problems. On daily bassis these dogs are biting to 2-3 persons. We have tried to contact through so many sources for the same concern, Still not getting any solution. Over the call they just acknowladge our issue and disconnect the LINE and don't come back with any answer.

If you can't solve this, so I urge you please provide us the better option to contact for gettting best solution for this PROBLEM. This time, I also atteche image of this hassle. Please go through that, might your department will give best for this.

Incessant barking by dogs in night
Constant meowing by cats (specially in late nights)
Animal feces or urine in building common areas.
Owner not picking up after their animal outside building.
Animal using the apartment as a toilet.

I would like to inform you that I have made several complaints regarding the park maintenance to MCD Dept, no action has been taken as yet.

I am writing to you so that appropriate action can be taken. My complaint is as follows:

This is to bring to your kind notice for the poor maintenance of the public park at E- Block Amar Colony, New Delhi-110024 (Vivekanand Park Association).

Public parks are the lungs of the localities where residents come and refresh their tired and fatigue minds. The park was built for people to come, take walks and for children to play. But in our colony, the park is not well maintained. It suffers from the utter neglect of the authorities.

Below are some points which need urgent attention in maintaining the park:

1. Firstly, rowdies create disturbance and do not help in the upkeep of the park has become the favorite halting place of stray dogs. Since one of the gate of the park is not there which result in entering of stray dogs and destroying the trees and plants. Further other two gates needs latches for proper closing and preventing stray dogs from entering.

2. Secondly, Boundaries walls from all the side of the park is too small from which dogs jumps in and enter the park and destroys plants. Since they sit day and night inside the park, therefore no one dare to enter the park because of scarcity and dog bite. Therefore, boundaries walls need extra fencing to stop them from entering the park.

3. Thirdly, Doom where old people sits, chant and do yoga are all broken, which needs proper maintenance.

4. Fourthly, shabby and dangerous room which was built by Delhi Jal board needs to be removed on the urgent priority as it is used by stray dogs to give birth to puppies and for other anti-social activities.

As we had read many articles in newspapers in which Government as well as Courts have instructed MCD for taking care and proper maintenance of Public Park. Further for the public good health Government are installing gymps machine at the park.

You are therefore requested to depute some to rectify the above problems and maintain the park.
