Sub:- complaint letter for the non-functional of streets lights.

Dear sir,

We, the residents of... Cd block, harinagar, west delhi, ward no - 109... (New delhi - 110064) would like to draw your kind attention towards the non-functional of lights in our cd block harinagar, ward no-109 west delhi.

The street light of our block have not been repaired for quite a while. During the evening individuals frequently stagger down.in the evening the street of our block become dark due to that the residence (Ladies, kids & old age people) of this block feel unsafe.

Also, the majority of the lights in our region are out of order. Just a couple of road lights are working. It is dimness in the area. It has brought about a spurt in the frequency of wrongdoing in the region.. There are regular episodes of chain grabbing at night hours. Especially women are in danger in leaving their homes at night. Grabbing, thievery and robbery have turned into the order of the day. The criminals in the wake of perpetrating law violations exploit the obscurity and securely flee.
Have following mcd street light department from last 10days, but have not got any support from them.

I, accordingly, request you to kindly take necessary move to mend the ways so that people of the region have good working street lights.

I am Ramesh MITTAL a resident of Bhera Enclave Paschim Vihar Delhi.
I want to complaint about non maintenance of Chaupal Vatika Park in Bhera Enclave. No gardener deputed in park.Totally garbage place.What MCD is doing in Delhi.No duty of any one to see.
Plants are dried due to nonavailability of water.A very bad situation.
Are your department not paying to any one for maintenance of park.

I am residence of Tulsi Nagar Inderlok Delhi...the number of stray dogs are increasing day by day in and around my locality they create menace whole night barking and damaging the vehicles... sometimes even running behind old people and kids who can't make them run away.. Few days back one of the dog even bite a senior citizen... And other issue is of cattles who come again from nearby locality and discharge in our street...

This is to inform u that commercial activities are perfomed in our residential area.
In House no. 1013, punjabi phatak commercial activities are done which emits hazardous smoke making our health miserable.. We constantly tried to communicate with them about it.. Bt no action has been taken by them for long.. The whole street is sensing the illness created through them.. Moreover, v hav children and old age people .. & life become miserable for them .. The pollution that there activities are creating become un bearable for all o[censored]s..plz look into the matter and efforts should be made to stop their sctivities..

There are large number of street dogs near my house as under :

House No WZ122 /4B, 2nd Floor, Meenakshi Garden (In Oxford College Lane), Delhi 110018.

It frequently barks and bites the passers-by and endangering life of the residents of the area.

Please arrange for removal of street dogs in my area and relocate these dogs from this area and do everything needful at earliest.

i sudhir kumar resident of hn-6, vpo pandwalakalan, south west district, new delhi-110043 would like to draw your kind attention towards the matter relating to the sanitation smell coming from my neighbour's house MR ATTAR SINGH SON OF BHIM SINGH. this is almost everyday issue that the smell of laterine come in my house.my neighoubrs havent dig a hole of laterine or gutter and it comes directly into the drain pipe which they have opened towards my house which causes smell everyday and create many disease to the residents living at my house and also some of the residents living near to my house.we feel like vomitting whole day.we intimate them so many times about the issue but they have not taken any action for that and they have also threaten us'' if you complaint we will beat you'' and they clearly refused to talk to us about the issue hence you are requested to take further action on the mention issue so that we can stay healthy.so plz kindly seal their toilet and put penalty on them.we are poor people and no one is listening to our problem

This is to inform you that a number of stray dogs and cows keep standing in front of school boundary wall where the local people of the area throw garbage. Sometimes these animals specially dogs come to the school gate and start barking at the visitors and students.
So for the safety of visitors, students and the staff members it is requested that these stray animals may be urgently removed from the vicinily of the school, so that no mishappening may take place.

I'm a resident of 34 block west patel nagar, new delhi-110008. I want to file a complaint about dangerous stray dogs in the block. These dogs are Very dangerous they have bited so many people & children. They unnecessarily barks in the morning & night, & spread garbage all over the roads. Now a days their population in inc. Day by day. Which is to be resolved as soon as possible. They mostly hides or take shelter in the back lane of the block.

I am Namrata Bhalla who lives in 101 DDA Site 1, New Rajinder Nagar(M block), Delhi. Today, I'm writing to you about 8-10 dogs in my colony who bark at each and every passerby. It has become really difficult to walk around as there is a constant fear of dogs. Whether it is someone from outside or a person living in this colony these dogs bark like crazy. A day or two ago I myself was attacked by one these dogs and the watchman came and helped me out but even then I hurt my knee and elbow pretty bad. I request you to please pick these dogs and take them to some dog shelter as it is now winter season and it is also very cold for them to live on the streets without food and shelter. Please look into my complaint and make sure my problem is solved. Thanking you in anticipation.

Dear sir,
This is to bring to your notice that there are no dustbins outside the kashmere gate metro station. Small dustbins are used by vendors but there are no big dustbins for public use. This is causing a lot of littering, making the premises dirty. We can avoid this by installing dustbins, and notice boards stating that anyone who litters will be fined. The drains in that area are mostly not covered. Open drains make that area really unhygienic. Mosquitoes and flies are breeding in the open sewers. People are throwing their litter in the open drain and nobody is cleaning it. It is also producing a very filthy smell.
Also, there is a pipe leakage on lothian road. The main tank also needs to be repaired as it is causing a lot of problems for the local population. The water is getting collected in the open.
As a part of our college project we are taking this initiative to create awareness about this issue. We hope that you will take required measures to curb these issues as soon as possible.

Hello sir, I am Raj Kumar, R/o 1/6217, 2nd floor, gali no 4, East Rohtash nagar, shahadra, delhi-110032. I want to file a complaint against street dogs creating lot of panic and physical attack on local residents of our stret. These street dogs just keep on barking whole day and night lead to disturbance of all the residents.
They have even attacked a lot of people nearby. I request you to take immediate and serous action against them.

We reside at road number 68, west Punjabi Bagh and there are 4-5 dogs that have created a menace for everyone, there is round the clock barking at night and it disrupts our sleep at night also the kid are scared to go out on the road as these dogs bark ferociously and run after them.
Request you to have these stray dogs removed so that the above problems are addressed.

Hope that you will take a speedy action on this and resolve the problem.

Hi! I am a resident of r-74/4 khirki extension. There are approx 10-15 dogs living near my house. They bite people nearly every day and start barking at night after 9 pm so much that people are not able to sleep properly. Sleep is not a big issue. Big issue is they just bite people each other day. Infact they have bitten small children too. Request you to take some action and help the children and adults of our locality to live properly.

The sewage system behind e-43, e-44, e-45 and e-46 in greater kailash ii enclave, new delhi - 110048 has blocked completely.

As a result, the sewer water is overflowing into the mcd park behind which houses a nursery and getting stagnant on the ground. This not only is sending out unbearable stretch but has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

May i please request the authorities to take quick and appropriate action and clear the blockage and provide much needed relief to the local residents.

I live in khanpur and there is lot of garbage around my home. After constructing flats, builder had dumped all the wastage opposite to my house because there is a lot of empty space. So i request MCD if you can help to clean that place because it may lead to environment pollution. Infact their is lot of garbage near my area. People dump their wastage on the roads instead of throwing in dustbin and a foul smell comes from there. Please take some necessary action to clean so that we can live in a fresh environment.

With due respect we are the residents of “west jawahar park & kishan kunj, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092”. We are against the tower which is installing in the address “j-3/108, kishan kunj, laxmi nagar, delhi”. It is very necessary to stop the installation frequently as it is installing nowadays in midnight.
According to the mcd guidlines no tower can be installed in residential areas. As it causes many harmful effects on human beings nearby. And as per the guidelines of hon’ble delhi high court, towers are not allowed at residential areas, it creates many harmful diseases like cancer, ear effects, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. Even it is also very harmful for the birds. Already birds are decreasing day by day. It’s radiation is very harmful for all.
So we humble request you sir to please take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible. We always will thankful to u..

The MCD staff Hilal Ahmed was informed on 7/11/16 but till now there is no response from MCD. Today morning when I called him then his response was "it's 3 days holiday, will get it cleaned after 3 days". I hope you will understand the problem and get it rectified as soon as possible.

Our office is in district center janakpuri and this is a office area. From past 20 days mcd has not dump the garbage from our area. This area is becoming hell day by day. Around lakhs of people visit this area daily. All the offices and employees are paying taxes in the name of swach bharat abhiyan. But no measures have been taken to resolve this problem. So take my complaint very seriously and act against them.

This is to bring notice to you that my neighbors have kept unwanted items on the road infront of his house on complaining he says it's his he can keep anything infront of it, which is like it's his property (Road) which makes problem for us while going to our house and also doesn't looks nice to visitors who come to visit us.
